I have a couple questions :P. Are RNG Captures in HGSS basically the same? I noticed I needed to advance the year a large amount in order to land in my delay range. So this basically means if I want to have a lower capture year Emloop/Pikatimer is the only way to do so to obtain a higher delay thus resulting in lower capture dates correct? For right now I'm going to practice on Pt and see how good I can get at it. Is there any advice you might want to point out?Azelf was quite easy so I'm guessing stationary legends in deserted areas are quite easy to RNG.
