Lol, I understand the jist of what needs to be done. I most likely will just hatch for my Perfect IV'd pokes because it seems easier in my eyes. The RNG Reporter though doesn't show me how to both RNG for shiny AND flawless Pokes...just one or the other.
I'll contact Shining Kestral though and see if he can help...

I'm sorry that happened! :c The NPC must have moved. What you should do is resave before trying again, otherwise the NPC will move and mess you up again. :/
