heres the notes i took; i left out my failures notes because ya its long and unnecessary

TARGET FRAME 235, encounter slot 7 (togepis radar encounter slot)

okay so i just enter in game hit my seed and walk up and right (4 steps= 4 frames up)
encouter a togepi(KILL IT), now the next togepi is up 2 and 2 left, but im faceing rigth so +1)
so it would be +5 frames to next togepi patch?(yes and i killed it)

okay so 235-20(radar x 2)=215-6(battling)=209-5(walking= 204-6(battling)=198 frames left?

use radar again

198-10(radar)=188-4(frames from walking to the next patch 4 movements away)= 184

184/2= 92 journal flips?

The ID/SID is pratically abused, i SR till i got a good ID/SID with good spreads
The ID/SID has 4 Different SPreads that are good the one with togepi at Modest/calm
and Jolly/impish 31/31/31/0/30/31 all ability 1s

I only had a chain of two, i actually wrote notes on my CPU while i was doing it, (besides actually hitting my target) it took about ~2-3 hours including trying to hit my spread 4+ T_T

THe frames is the most annoying part, ill send you the notes i took on my CPU once i get home (im on my girlfriends CPU)

Killing two togepis advanced me by 32 (10 for radar x 2) ( 5 for battling x 2) and (1 monster framme x 2)

i also had to had to take in to account the walking (and turning)

it was Method J with Synch my Target frame was 235 (iirc) ill have to check my notes

I think you just have to keep trying. Keep note of the delay you land and then adjust it.

the entire moveset of the paras is SS / false swipe / SD / spore[needs to learn this, but upon lv up]

do you have pokeRNGDP? if not, download it from the PRNG help thread; it's invaluable when searching for this kind of stuff. It'll be more help than I could ever be atm :/

also don't trust the encounter slots I posted; unless someone else has clarified them, there's still something a little screwy with them :/

and I know of a jolly scyther thread that's close to flawless, but it has tech and all (which the majority of other spreads don't, if they even appear as scyther at all). if you don't mind 29 in both def IVs, I'd be happy to re-search that one up for you (if you check my thread under the "specials" section I have a scyther caught with the spread I'm talking about.)
