sucker punch/ pursuit is a pretty win on the same set because it traps pokemon like gengar and azelf. they have to predict perfectly or die. you could even play the rash one like that;

Rash/ 252 speed/ 252 sp att/ 4 att
Pursuit/ sucker punch/ fire blast/ [hidden power ground/ fighting/ grass]

feel free to tweak the evs. more att might be required to ohko certain targets, depending on what you decide you want to kill. in OU, your main targets are azelf, gengar, and starmie. even bulkier targets like cresselia, dusknoir and celebi will hate it. in UU, every psychic type except slowbro will hate this set. the hidden power is up to you (and honestly, how long you feel like breeding for.)

i was hit by a car once. i was lucky. it wasnt going horrifically fast. ~30 mph. my bike was wrecked, but it could have been much worse. are they alright?

i would not go with choice band. sucker punch/ fire fang/ thunder fang/ return are all really bad moves to be locked into; the fangs are too weak, sucker punch turns you into set up fodder, and return has three types resistant to it and once immune. not to mention its the strongest move on the set, in spite of it not getting stab. (entie and flareon have this problem)

rash can work with a mixed set. i think he gets counter and sucker punch. adamant could work with a gimmicky physical set. he gets howl, and could make it work with crunch/ sucker punch. the only problem would be coverage. special eeks by with STAB and hidden power, by physical only has to use fire fang, and thunder fang. i guess it could use return, or you could try a really gimmicky sub/reversal/liechi set.
