  • Hey, for how long will you be on?
I will have dinner within 10 minutes so I should be back over ~40 minutes, but since you live in Brooklyn our time zones are prety different.
Nice job with your shiny catches. :) How does it feel to be one of like 5 people who have shiny 5th gen pokes?
Sorry but I have to go, I have exams tomorrow and it's pretty late here.
I'll make sure I'll catch you on tomorrow to finish the trade and give you the mons you've requested.
If it's not too much of a trouble I would actually like both in both balls D:
If you have a bold or relaxed FR/LG Suicune (IVs don't matter, they're supposed to be like all 0s anyways) then that would work. Other than that, there's not really much I want.

    And nice job! :)
Oh and when I say "ahead", I mean behind. I don't know why I'm saying that.

And you may be getting the "wrong" xor. Long story short, the PID will appear similar to what it's supposed to be, but the first hex digit will be 8 higher or lower than what PIDRNG says it should be. I get the "wrong" xor, too. The older version of PIDRNG predicts that xor. We believe it's based on the ID/SID combo, but we're not entirely sure.
Catch it and check the PID. Here's the PID locations:

    Party 1: 02234834
    Party 2: 02234910
    Party 3: 022349EC
    Party 4: 02234AC8
    Party 5: 02234BA4
    Party 6: 02234C80
If talking to Kyurem advances it by 3, then you should be 3 frames ahead of it. In other words, with your current seed, the shiny frame should be on frame 3.
Synchronizer calculation is off. Y means the synchronizer will (should) work, N means it won't. However, like I said, the calculations are off. For both of my previous captures, the synchronizer was predicted to not work but they did. It's a coin toss.

And ability is the most annoying part. In 5th gen, there's a chance (it seems like a small chance, but it could be 50%) that your Pokémon will have the opposite ability it should. For example, I just caught a shiny timid Buchuru with ability 0, but it had Tension (which is ability 1). I also have a ton more captures with wrong abilities. This is why we use emulators for shinies at the moment.

Also, if your Pokémon has the opposite ability, record everything including initial seed, what seed you advanced to, and the PID. If the synchronizer works when it shouldn't, the info would be nice too.
Yeah, that's the best way. I would've told you to do that, but most people I suggest that to are completely confused. 0x022160a4 is seed 1 (lower seed), and 0x022160a8 is seed 2 (upper seed) in White. In Black, 0x02216084 is seed 1, and 0x02216088 is seed 2.

And the frame will advance by 2 or 4 for each turn in grass/a cave for a while, then eventually it'll start advancing it by 1. Then back to 2 later on. I haven't figured out why yet. And sweet scenting usually advances it by 3, but you should check for yourself. I find that it's consistent throughout all the frames of the initial seed. So if you're on frame 344 and sweet scent advances it by 3, it'll still advance it by 3 at frame 234342342342342. At least, it's been that way for all of my shinies.

If you're not sweet scenting but rather talking to a legendary, it's still necessary to see how many frames they advance the PID RNG. I cannot stress that enough.
No. That's wrong. L is what you use for the lower seed, R for the upper seed.
    The format is this:
    XXXXyyyy

Where XXXX is the number you get as the money converted to hex, and yyyy is the number you get as the TID converted to hex. TID is on the back of your trainer card. Do that for both seeds.
How are you getting the upper and lower seeds?

And are your ID and SID input into the program? Shiny frames usually appear in the several thousands, which is why an emulator is needed.
