I was trying to RNG a Timid Seel with the shiny Timid spread I have with my SID|ID and I missed my frame by 1 I thought sweet scenting in water advanced the frame by 2 :P

So I can only RNG 1 roamer at a time right with only a certain spread? And the Pokemon Talk radio station advances the frame 14-18 right? I need to know this to RNG that Mantine. Such a high frame :(

Awe thanks :), I really wanted to try to RNG on a emulator and then use Pokesav to transfer my Pokemon to my retail cart but this computer does lag sometimes and I dont want it to be a hassle. Could you maybe teach me how to RNG roamers? Lati@s/Entei/Raikou? I wanted to do those after I catch my Mantine with this spread. I just need to try how to use the Radio since that frame is quite high xD

I wouldn't think they have equal say. Just think for a second: if the student wants to work with the professional or the professor, he better not contradcit him/her or do so vehemently as to not create a conflict of interests regarding an applicant :P Or the other way around should the student be a hot shot of some sort and the older guy is desperate for a job, etc. Many situations can alter that oh so fragile balance of voting value.

Also, I was talking to a friend who worked with me and we came to the conclusion that you can follow a rather stereotypical but 90% flawless guideline. First, it's safe to assume that if you're interviewed by an official Uni comittee and they look old, playing with good ole' family values and the good child will get you farther than the rebellious teenager who rallied her schoolmates against the school board for cutting the budget in an area. However, if the interviewers look rather young and are not dressed up as jehova's witnesses, you can easily try to be more"edgy". Hope that isn't too cryptical, but I think that considering the state you live in/Texas, right?) and the career you're trying to pursue I'm guessing leftist liberal arts colleges are not exactly what you're applying to so going just with the first one will yield good results :)
