  • Hey! I think I finally did it. Got a modest Jirachi, double checked the coin flips, and says that I hit the delay.
    HP 26
    ATK 14
    DEF 16
    SPATK 17
    SPDEF 16
    SPEED 16

Does it look like it could be flawless to you?
Alright, well, at least I hit the delay. I just wanna good Nature that's all, Timid, Modest, or maybe even Jolly. Tryin' get this kind of Jirachi so I can do the same for that event Raikou, then delete the Raikou's WonderCard so I can download the Suicune. Don't wanna miss out on the Suicune event....
Oh. Then it may be just be =/ Or, I'm not synch. the DS clock and timer properly. I'm usin' this seed:
    8a01082e

Hittin' delay 2084 (I can only hit even delays).

Just now, I checked the coin flips, and it says that I hit the delay, but, the Jirachi's stats don't look like they're flawless (Careful nature, Likes to thrash about)
    HP 26
    ATK 16
    DEF 16
    SPATK 14
    SPDEF 17
    SPEED 16

But I don't like the nature, so I'm gonna try again. Question, if the dude in green is holdin' more than 1 gift, will it mess up the whole process?
    I am havin' some problems.

O.k., I had no problems when RNG aubin' in PT WonderCard IVs. It worked perfectly after sufferin' with PikaTimer. I'm RNGing now WonderCard IVs in Pearl, and for some reason, I just can't hit my delay. Is there s slight difference between the 2 games?
So, I've updated the timer, got a total change of -53 now, but I just tried again, I was 4 delays to high, but 1 sec too early?
    Oh wait a sec.

I set the time and start the timer at the same time. Then I just start the SS game, and when the first timer reaches 0, I SR. That's what you mean, right?
Lol, that'll make it shorter, yeah :p When the first timer runs out, I press the Soul Silver button so it starts loading the game
Is it possible, that I calibrate the game myself, and just fill that into my timer? And, how do I calibrate?
Well, this is a Shiny Spread, so I don't think there's another with a higher delay
I didn't quite understand your post. :( I got ZomgTimer and PikaTimer now, what should I do?

Last attempt was 16:51:58 with a delay of 803, while I need to hit 16:52:00 with a delay of 783.
I use 480 as calibrated delay and 14 as calibrated second, but that's really to short for me. So I got calibrated second to 20, and then I got that result.
Unfortunately, it crashes quite badly under Mono on a Mac. Tried under 2.8.x and 2.10 of Mono.

I guess I'll have to stick to ZomgTimer...
Yeah, the delays will mostly be correlated to how long each game takes to start up. But I am positive that different carts will have different parameters simply because when I was RNGing in HG/SS with my own games and my friends' games I found that the delays were always different, if only by a little at times. Either way though, everything should be pretty similar.
I know you meant for Black/White when you were asking if I have RNG'd on it before. I have actually completed around 200 RNGs on my Black cart alone. I do know that flashcarts do have different values, but those are suppose to be much more difficult to obtain. OD was saying that AR codes are the only reasonable way at this point for flashcards.
Alright, I'll download it on my laptop tomorrow. What's the difference between x86 and x64?
What do you mean by "manually"? Like upgrading the timer for High Link yourself?
Hey, would I need to download your new EonTimer even if I'm already using ZomgTimer?
I'll give it a shot, but it won't be until late tonight (GMT +9 here) at the earliest.

Out of curiosity, is the move to C# to avoid dealing with all the people having problems with the jar, or some other reason (i.e. future integration into RNG Reporter)? Being a Mac user, I was quite happy with zomgtimer being Java... Anyway, I'll have to see if running under Mono keeps the timer working correctly or not.
I have both Black and White retail. Happy to help out where I can.

    High link timer support? ;-)
