  • We don't know what's in Forretress' shell. It only opens it for a split second in order to eat something. But Ferrothorn doesn't have a shell.

    Have you noticed that Smogon is running a bit slow?
    Yes, that's only for C-Gear. For non-C-Gear it's target frame - 1 for everything but breeding.

    Also, for C-Gear breeding, number of advancements = target frame - 10. It's -8 for non-C-Gear breeding.

    And no problem.
    Don't bother with that complicated formula you're using. Just use this formula for everything but breeding: number of frame advancements = target frame - 3.

    And if you can access your PC, that will work.
    IV Frame Check is 100% unnecessary. I've never used it once.

    And yes, the only way to advance is by walking, using the PC, and engaging in a battle.

    I don't have a code like that, sorry. :( And I don't know that much about 5th gen abuse, the way I did my Reshiram is advancing the frame with making 128 steps
    I can tradevwith people whobuse flash carts, but not with people with retail carts.
    I gotta check my modem...

    EV/IV Check code: Here. Scroll down to post 15 or 16.

    SID Check code: Here. Scroll down until you find the one that says "Hold L" because the Select + Up one doesn't work. The SID will show up in place of your ID on the trainer card :]

    But I think you shouldn't put the game in the AR until the AR loads, like you told me, because I tried that SID code before and it didn't work, but I tried it this time and it did :P
    It doesnt work the first time, meaning your game will be corrupted everytime you connect you try to put your AR in along with your updated game.

    Speaking of Ferrothorn, what do you think of it? Is it its design? Or its competitive viabilty?

    I like its design way better than Forretress' because it has those 3 spiky whips. In competitive terms, it's pretty bulky, has good STABs in Power Whip and Gyro Ball and has a good support movepool.

    cause c-gear abuse give you the iv's and non-c gear shiny pokemon :)
    now cancel the trade by hiting the blue looking u at the right bottom of you touch screen
