nono, different SID. You use an SID check code or you use pokesav to find out what your SID is :)
To use pokesav to find out, export the save file onto your desktop or whatever and load it with pokesav. You should see SID there on the main page :)

Hehe, you don't have to do that, I usually don't battle, so it would just sit in my box all raring to go, lol. :P
Yup, you can make the trading rights whatever you want to make them, I always go with semi-redis, but you can make it fully redis or non if you want :)
