I just thought to double check your seed. That 14 speed IV is coming straight from the RNG. Put your seed 410AA7DF1407D7E5 in RNG Reporter and check IVRNG frame 8, you'll see it clear as day.

And you needed another spread in stead of the IV's you got? Well you are hitting your seed, but you made the same mistake as I did. I just used my Frame 1 HP Ice spread, but when I found that, I did not have that Roaming Pokémon box checked. Now, search again for a frame 1 spread, with that box checked. Now you'll get a better roamer. :) Good luck!
If you keep hitting C7E in stead of C7F, you can always edit your Parameters and search for new spreads
It's the same as RNG catching, except you start on frame 8, and you need to try a few times to get the right inheritance/nature/ability.

Set your DS time to 07:01, turn it off and on again, and then you should hit your game at 07:01:52 and hold the button you got from the KeyPress Combo until the Gamefreak movie starts
You have to make an exact not of the time and date you save you DS on. If you do it right, that'll be the same time you get into the game. Second has to be open because you don't know the exact second
