Go to Wellspring Cave without a syncher, save, turn off and try to hit your seed. When you get ingame, use Sweet Scent right away and capture it. Check if you got your IV's, and then write down the gender, nature and ability. Now, turn off, and hit your seed again, but before you use Sweet Scent you save Once. Capture the Pokémon and write it down again. Now, for the last time, hit your seed, but now, make a turn before you use Sweet Scent. If you did it correct, you would have hit 3 PID frames in a row, which can be found within 40-60 frames. So for example, you got 45, 46 and 47, then your starting frame is 45.
