Okay! You've won me over with that idea... can you make it female? The other moves that look good for it are Psycho Shift, Confuse Ray--Mean Look, Thunder Wave, Confuse Ray, and Perish Song could be deadly together, no?
Then again, it gets Swagger, so Confuse Ray might not be necessary!
And for egg moves it definitely needs Perish Song and Roost.
The thing is... more often then not I think you'll want to outspeed other priority users with it.
