As for the encounter on the legality analysis, it says this: "Locations Unknown encounter" in bold dark red letters… Besides, recall that there's no wild wynaut or wobbuffet in Dreamyard

If you're asking to find your parameters, just widen your search. Flashcart's will generally take longer to load (hence higher values), and emulators will load quicker (lower values). But if you have a very nice MicroSD, you could potentially have a faster loading time than an actual gamecart.

I've never really tried that since I've never felt the need for it, for now. I've looked at Kaphotics' research though and there's a proper function in RNG reporter so it shouldn't be a problem.

Depends how far away your parents IVs are from your desired IVs. You can use Terresect's method to breed a better IV parent if necessary. Then use shiny finder.
