  • Sorry, but I can't tell you because from the looks of things you can't rng in third gen and me trying to explain it will take hours, it is pretty complex and if you don't have decent understanding of 3rd and 4th gen rng it will take hours to explain, and I don't intend on telling too many people anyway

    You need to use a cgear seed that has the iv spread you want, then breed the parents so you always get the right inheritance (remember that you start on frame 10 for cgear breeding). You can proceed looking for shininess after that.

    Firstly you need to know your TID and SID number, I think you need AR to find out those number. Put in those 2 number in the RNG generator, and check the "shiny only" box. The generator will then only gives you frame with shiny egg. Frame with shiny egg are very very few, you might take sometime to search through alot of seeds with a shiny frame.
