Unless you filled all your boxes in your PC you can't kill Zekrom, you're forced to catch it.
So I think you can still RNG it but you have to check its IVs and nature and stuff and I think you have to loose first to check blah blah blah it's a lot time to spend.
You mean saved in front of Zekrom? I think you can but it's a longer process. It's best to do it in a place like Victory road with a sweet scenter.

the great marsh slots are known,just go to the encounter table.Anyway,they have't the daily binocular Pokèmon,but they will appear with slot 6/7
For the safari zone on hgss they aren't mapped,because they change with the objects,but the pkmn that appears only with the object are very common
