It is mostly indistinguishable from the wondercard Arceus (except the illegal ball) but I'm sure people will get as annoyed about that as they would at a legal hack (provided they do not like legal hacks).

Sub/Seed/Seed Flare/Air Slash with Max SpA and Speed and Timid is the standard set, HP Ice is kinda useless unless you're Scarfmin trying to revenge DD Rayquaza I'm afraid. Offensive sets can work, but SubSeed is generally the most effective set.
