You mean in the shiny egg finder? That's the frame you have to hit. It's usually best to have a frame of 1 for the shiny egg seed (So after you hit your seed, put your parents into the day care, bike up and down to generate the egg, save in front of the DC Man, and then RNG for the egg's IVs). If you don't have any frame 1 seeds, odd number frames are also an option (You'll have to use Youngster Joey to advance the PID frame. He advances by +2 so frames of 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, etc. are possible. But it's usually best to stick with 1, 3, or 5).
