Ah, I see. Yeah 3rd gen RNG'ers tend to be like that as it's one of the most difficult (if not the very toughest) RNG to do.

What's the difference between the RAM editing and non-RAM editing mons?

Lol if you hold Space during gameplay in 3rd VBA it goes very fast....like in 20 seconds mudkip & Torchic grew 2 levels!
