Basically what I'm looking for is for you to the beat the game, Elite 4 and all.
Get the national Dex. Leave all legends either dead or standing. Kill Lugia since you'll end up having to face him. Leave Ho-oh alone, if you could get what I need to be able to face him that would be wonderful and would accumulate you another credit.
No Pokesav, as that destroy the Trainer name. Pokegen is fine as that doesn't mess with anything but the mons.

Sure thing, although is it ok if the SpA IV will be a bit lower (Maybe around 27-31) Since it's easier to find a spread like that than a completely flawless spread D: I can do it (Probably =P) if you really want a flawless one though
