    Gardevoir: 252 HP/252 SpDef/4 SpAtk

    Cresselia: 176 HP/80 Def/252 Speed

    It's something I do for everyone that does BPs/CPs for me.

    Cress will be max speed, plus max overall bulk with the leftover EVs.

    Gardevoir will be for lower tier TR abuse + Special Wall.

    I use AR to get 900x vitamins, candies, and EV wings, and will be training them that way.

    Thanks for the Pokes. Whenever I get them trained (probably tonight), I'll send you the trained copies in Gen 5 if you want them. They won't count towards your credits. I'll leave egg/tutor moves intact.

    Gardevoir will have 252 SpDef/252 HP/4 SpAtk w/ Trick added.

    Cress will most likely be trained in Heal Ball w/ 252 HP/252 Speed/4 Def, and w/ Trick/Icy Wind/Mud Slap/Helping Hand.

    If you still have Cresselia in Gen 4, can you either send it to me in Gen 4, or tutor it Icy Wind and Knock Off before shifting, please?
