Nice to hear that he'll be used quickly. :) Yes, I can get endless Jirachi's. But you'll need a R4 with GBA Back Up tool. You can only have one Jirachi per save game, but if you delete your file (with Jirachi) and put an older file (without Jirachi) on your Emerald cardridge, then you can get endless Jirachi's. You've to do this process all the time, but I can have ~30 Jirachi's in one hour.
Yes, it is worth it, imo. The game play takes only about ~2 hours and after that you can get these Jirachi's which are pretty rare.
