well maybe they do, but they are not in the front row in suarez support shirt (apparantly) where the players can hear them, so they dont get reported.
and liverpool became what it was as a city through the slave trade.

err so did bristol, what the fuck has that got to do with anything? welcome to the history of trading ports in the UK.. :s

my point is that liverpool have pretty much given the green light to shit like this with their attitude towards the suarez case. arseholes like that quite probably feel validated. i don't think that all (or even most!) of liverpool's fans would behave in such a manner, but the way liverpool fc have dealt with the whole suarez thing was reprehensible. i understand the benefits of a siege mentality but there should be limits.

that's to everyone who's so horribly tribal - phalanx you're just as bad - a football club is a fucking football club, you don't have to think how it tells you to think or blindly agree with everything it does. it's being treated almost like religion - do you really not see the problem with saying 'player x is innocent' and 'black person x overreacted' when the only reason you're saying this is because you happen to support the same club? like, if titus bramble played for your club would you think that actually he's probably quite good with women?

i'm banging my head against a brick wall here, i should probably stop before i get more Angry On The Internet ;-;

no i do not agree with everything it does. i disagree with the crazy sums spent on a keeper no matter how good he is, after we let foster go, the club is being ruined by a bunch of owners who said united could spend, yet we never seem to and we need to. it is a mess. but there is never anything of note but the usual rooney falling out rumours, which sound a little extreme to me.
and paul scholes is back

Oh well, at least my Man City gets a cake win against Liverpool out of the deal.

Yeah, that horrible way Liverpool dealt with it...by upholding the suspension and fine without appeal. Actions so reprehensible that there are no plans from the FA to charge Liverpool with anything. Actions so reprehensible that Kick It Out has said this in response:

"We commend Liverpool FC in bringing closure to this matter, reaffirming its commitment to an unequivocal, zero-tolerance approach towards discrimination in football."

... it's being treated almost like religion - do you really not see the problem with saying 'player x is innocent' and 'black person x overreacted' when the only reason you're saying this is because you happen to support the same club?
He didn't say "black person x overreacted", you're being dishonest and completely putting words in phalanx' mouth...and judging by the fact that he's making people scour surveillance footage to find out which drunk fan yelled racial profanity at him, I'd say phalanx is right. Call me a stupid American or w/e for not caring about this story at all, I'm just glad Britain's crime is so low that the police can spend time on this.

It's awful that you support racism, I have no doubt that Adeyemi is telling the truth
Obviously someone who encourages not jumping to conclusions must support racism! Even if it turns out to be an accurate report, you just proved him right by jumping to conclusions because of the word racism...

Paul Scholes has returned to Old Trafford, though I don't know how long the contract is.

Least United and SAF are realising Giggs should've retired ahead of Scholes.

Wow so United's First XI can own City's B team.Guess I underestimated them. Also fuck Chris Foy(anyone remember the two red cards at Loftus road?)

WHAT IS THIS GAME??? can't tell how seriously i should be taking this fightback... surely man u will pull it together and score another but then again we're talking about a team that lost at home to *blackburn* about a week ago soooooo

not sure if trolling or just stupid.

Manchester City starting XI: Patilimon, Richards, Kompany, Lescott, Clichy, Milner, De Jong, Johnson, Silva, Nasri, Aguero.

with the exception of their keeper and accounting for ACoN absentees, that's like the strongest team they can possibly field.

Here is Owen Hargreaves, on for Samir Nasri. His fourth City appearance. More than he made in the last two years of his United contract.

EDIT 1: Not bad for a Europa League match

EDIT 2: All of United's Champions League final 2008 midfield are on the pitch: Ryan Giggs, Michael Carrick, Paul Scholes and Owen Hargreaves. Fact.

imo that handball was hard to give, hit Jones's leg before rebounding on to his arm.

and hargreaves on for Nasri when chasing a game, lol, or did I miss something?

Scholes contract goes until the end of the season I believe.

Wow, did you honestly think I didn't know that?

I was merely making a reference to how those two are both in the Europa League and how they may face each other, stolen from someone's twitter, on the BBC, farmer.

lmao at how comically bad man utd actually are. even worse than last season srs.

the difference in quality was astounding.

motm is chris foy for me.

As a Manchester united fan, it should not have been a red. Completely ruined the game.

You bet your ass it ruined the game;it would've been a City win or a level score after normal time at most. And yes Lee I was trolling.Whatagenius.

EDIT:Missed the game vs Portsmouth but heard we won 4-0.Looks like we're ready to avenge our humiliating home loss to Sunderland last season.Ramires FTW

4th round draw

Brighton or Wrexham v Newcastle
Sunderland v Middlesbrough
Dagenham & Redbridge v Southampton
Hull City v Crawley
MK Dons or QPR v Chelsea
West Brom v Norwich
Blackpool v Sheffield Wednesday
Arsenal or Leeds v Aston Villa
Stevenage v Notts County
Watford v Tottenham
Liverpool v Manchester United
Derby v Stoke City
Everton v Fulham
Macclesfield or Bolton v Swansea
Sheffield United v Birmingham or Wolves
Nottingham Forest or Leicester v Swindon

Liverpool vs. Man Utd the stand out tie.
A home match against Akuchi's Swansea if we beat lowly Macclesfield in the replay.

we wern't that bad, just scholes spreading his rust everywhere.
was a yellow not red. but united should have had a penalty at 3-1 which would have settled it.
as for the jones handball, it hit his leg first then his arm, so should not be given as it is ball to hand. no matter who it happens to, it should never be given as handball.
foy was a complete idiot, giving yellows for lesser fouls then letting the yellow card fouls go without one. inconsistant refereeing at it's finest

brb fergie is going to park the bus at anfield knowing he will get his ass outplayed if he tries to go toe to toe with superior opposition
