Timer0 on my Black cart is C7B-C7C, while White is C7E-C7F. It does have some influence, so you should calibrate again.

Balls. I've got a ticket for Victini and haven't even saved a game yet (I think you lose it if you start a new game over an old one, even if you don't collect the ticket), and I wouldn't mind RNGing that :(

There's no need to restart the game when you calibrate, unless you're trying to RNG your ID (and there's no reason to do that unless you're trying to get a shiny starter or really want a specific number for some reason).
True. I was planning on RNGing my IDs so it's a bit easier later on, but I might just end up not doing that :)
Or if you want shiny lower PID frames! I couldn't find any good shiny PID frames that were low before I abused my ID/SID. Or maybe I didn't look hard enough.
To clarify, if I were to do this, is this the right process?
1. Use Time Finder with blank ID fields on Method 5 (standard seed) with IVs I want.
2. Use a seed from time finder (here, 2115D85AE3DE1F1B Frame 15), then input the seed into the main window, choose a nature, frame and encounter slot (here, Adamant, Frame 49, slot 1).
3. Put the seed (2115D85AE3DE1F1B) and frame (49) into Pandora's Box, and then choose from a list of seeds there. (here, 2115D85AE3DE1F1B intial 28, final 31).
4. Hit seed 2115D85AE3DE1F1B and advance 3 frames using the "no" to your name trick.
If I'm correct, this will then allow me to get my IDs, then easily hit seed 2115D85AE3DE1F1B with shiny, IVs and Adamant?
The only thing I'm not sure about is, what are the differences between the PID frame (here, 49), and the seed frame (15)? I would have thought they would have to be the same, but the PID frame starts at 40. I'll have another read over the guide, but that's all I'm missing! :)
Yes, that's how you would do it!
In Gen. V, there are two separate RNGs. The IVRNG and the PID RNG. The IV RNG controls the IVs a Pokemon will have, while the PID RNG controls everything else (Nature, Gender, Ability, Shiny, Encounter Slot). Frame 15 is your target IV frame and frame 49 is your target PID frame. Do you know how to advance the frames?

To advance my frames for the initial abuse of the IDs, I will say "no" 3 times in order to advance it from 28 to 31.
For IVs, I advance it by walking, or moving Pokemon in and out of the PC.
For PID, I will use Chatot or saving (hopefully Chatot).
I'm planning on getting my IDs, then going through all the simple stages of just IV, then PID so I remember it 100% again.

this has sort of been touched on previously, but i need extra information regarding the capture of zoroark with the shiny dog event.
is it classed as a stationary pokemon?
if so, do i just advance to the appropriate frame walking 128 steps just outside the area before you automatically approach zoroark, and then move up one to walk up and face her?

absolute flawless frames are hard to find. it helps to remove the iv that you don't need (ie. attack iv for a special sweeper, or vice-versa), or alternatively increase the frames that the reporter searches (ie. frames 1 to 100 if you crucially need 31 iv's in every stat). the second method becomes extremely tedious to hit, especially if you need to advance the pidrng frame as well.
I think it would be a stationary encounter, it kind of reminds me of RNGing other pokemon like it ex. Victini, Reshiram/Zekrom
Just advance the IV frame. The forest has no moving NPCs to mess with the PID frame so just avoid the trailer in there.
The PID won't be much different and a synchronizer works on the zoroark. If you don't get the right nature, but hit your seed- just try advancing the PID frame.
Alternately, you can just search multiple months until you find one that works.
I'm not referring to all 31 in stats I search for a timid whose 31/x/31/31/31/31 and nothing showed up I wonder why..some guide says that keep changes the month until I search my desired IV is this true?
yes. i only have about 3 frames each for a flawless physical and special sweeper for the whole year of 2011.
I was just trying to RNG a shiny Litwick on my White Edition with ID 00000 and SID 24802, but apparently I can neither catch nor breed any shiny pokémon at all. RNGReporter does not find any results at all. I assume that my ID somehow causes shiny checks to always fail, can someone explain to me why? Or is it something with RNGReporter? I've tried changing the ID to 00001 and got lots of results, so I'm assuming my ID causes this somehow.
It is the ID. It doesnt work for 00000
In the RNG Reporter notes it says its "To Be Fixed"
I was rng terrakion I found it on frame 4 with jolly nature and synchronize so I did 3 pokemon in my party then walk 128 steps to hit frame. 3 + starting frame for legend is 1 so I hit frame 4 but then I usually caught a brave nature instead of jolly im 100% sure my lead is jolly synchronize
Was that IV frame 4 or PID frame 4?
