I'm new to RNG completely and am trying to calibrate. But when I enter the IV ranges of my captured Pokemon and search, I don't get a seed result. What am I doing wrong?
I'm using the latest RNG reporter version (9.93 beta).
No. Both RNGs are based on the same seed.
I suppose I should ask; does the nature RNG continue to advance when you're waiting at "add this Pokémon to your party"? I suppose if it doesn't, I'll have to scale it back to recording the time before I run into the clearing.

I'm afraid it does.
Alright, so I gave up trying to RNG Volcarona as I just couldn't seem to get it to work, so I tried my hand at ENGing a perfect shiny Minccino, which I managed to succeed with on the second try http://www.pokecheck.org/?p=detail&uid=775865 now I'm trying again only this time I'm trying to make a Flawless Shiny Eevee that I'm going to evolve into a Jolteon with it's Hidden Ability, The Mother is a Espeon with Magic Bounce and it's father is a Flawless Zoroark, but no matter how many time's I attempt the RNG Method (non-C-Gear) I always seem to be miles off my actual seed and I don't know why this is
Also here's some screenshots of RNG Reporter

Umm, IIRC, stationary and wild pokemon are in different frames.
Volcarona is stationary, and wild Minccino is of course, wild :p
Maybe you used the wild pokemon shiny frame?
Or you miscalculated the number of chatot flips?
Ok lemmie rephrase what I posted, I couldn't get Volcarona to be shiny so I gave up and decided to try again later and decided to try breeding a RNG'd Minccino, which I did and have linked too in my previous post, and now I'm trying to RNG Breed a shiny Eevee but no matter what I do I seem to be missing the Seed I'm trying to hit by miles and I don't know what I'm doing wrong thus why I linked teh screenshot's of my RNG Reporter settings
Yes, you need it. Since it's no longer possible to calculate in-game, you have to either upload a Pokémon to Pokécheck or use an AR (or trade with someone who can do one of those).I would like to start RNGing for a shiny, but to do that I need my secret trainer ID right? How can I figure out my secret ID in black and white?

If for whatever reason you can't/don't want to do any of that, your only other option would be to start a new game and RNG your ID/SID.
No. If you change the DNS back to Auto, there is absolutely no way to tell you did it.If I upload a pokemon to the Pokecheck to check for my SID, would it invalidate my game for competitive play during tournaments? or any other negative effect like that? Thanks in advance
