So I have one last question. In my hunt for a shiny flawless Yanma, I eventually came across one with stats of 24/31/31/31/28/31, and it had the correct nature/ability/shininess. On the screen where I select a seed it said the Yanma would have all 31s except for in Special Attack. I don't really care that it's not flawless, since the stats I care about have 31s and the rest are still really good, I just want to know if anyone has an idea as to why that happened for next time.

Looks like you aren't hitting your correct iv frame on the MTRNG. Is it frame 1 for the IVs or 2 as I suspect?
Are you referring to the thing at the top left where it says Min/Max frames, and recommends to choose 1 for both? Originally I did a search where I did just that, and the only two results were for Cute Charm leads (although now that I think about it I only checked one month) so I then set min to 2 and max to 6. I assume that's my problem then?
Well, it's not a problem. Look at the seed that time finder gave you and check the frame it lists. If it's not 1, then that's why you didn't get the right IVs. You needed to advance your IV frame, and then advance your PID frame (which is why it's recommended to search for seeds with an IV frame of 1).
If you don't find what you want, you're generally better off searching more months than increasing the frame.
Umm... starting frame and initial frame is the same thing lol.
Are you talking about PID abuse advancements, or IV frame advancements? I'm guessing that you're breeding, since you said you have a starting frame of 8 (that's the IV frame, it has nothing to do with the PID!). So all you do is 95 - 45, which = 50.
For future reference, you can totally ignore the starting IV frame of 8 if you're using RNG Reporter's egg finder, because it automatically takes that into account for you.

These are the steps I've been taking; tell me if I'm doing something wrong. First, I used the time finder with the Wondercard method to find this seed:

Next, I plugged that seed into the main window and clicked on "Calculate Initial PIDRNG Frame, " getting a starting frame of 48. So, 58-48=10 advances=10 saves, right?
Well I do all of that, and after receiving the egg from the Pokemon League Pokecenter, hatching the egg, and going to the IV guy, I seemed to at least half the time get x/31/x/31/31/31. I even used the Adjacent Seed tool, and there seems to be no sign of that spread anywhere. I have tried other seeds that I found in that search, and oddly, I seem to get the same spread, even though I initially searched for 31/31/31/x/31/31.
Anyone has any ideas?

I think that event has fixed IVs (like in-game trades do), but I may be wrong. If so, you won't be able to RNG it.
I'm pretty sure the IVs are sorta random but will always have an Attack IV of 31 so it's probably generated differently.

I'm looking for help regarding verifying seeds through Chatot cries. What sort of Chatter should I record so that I can distinguish between the pitches?
This Zari guide looks good. However, my mule game is still on route 3, as I've been resetting to farm multiple Arceus. I've got four, but the last one is being really stubborn and I'm really starting to get sick of Entralink RNG :/
Is there a big component of standing around before going into the Entralink that can be ruined by NPCs? When do you start the second timer? Is it necessary to verify the standard seed? (I'm assuming these are the same standard seeds you hit while doing non-c-gear RNG, meaning the only thing that could go wrong is you get Timer0'd.)
I guess this still doesn't address the fact that I keep hitting 4191 and 4193, over and over and over and over. :/ Grumble.

Hmm, weird.
That would probably explain it, but it's weird because I didn't have much difficulty getting 31/31/31/31/31/31 for my Pansage in my Black version.
EDIT: I finally managed to hit my seed. Looks like my desired seed was offset by three frames, so instead of doing 10 saves, I had to do 13. Not that Ash's Pidove was really worth it in hindsight, but it's nice to have should I need to breed.
Gifts are frame 1, Larvesta is frame 2.
