Contrary Armaldo looks mildly neat. (Gets it from Shuckle) It gets Superpower to stat up, Aqua Jet for priority, its typing is OK...

Why are weather Abilities listed as "might ban" anyway? They're really not that amazing.

Note that as Shroomish as Poison Heal, any pure Grass type gets Poison Heal. Poison Heal Shaymin, or maybe Tangrowth.

I love the idea of Pixilate regular Gardevoir. A Scarfed variant can be a nasty surprise to opponents, while a Specs variant would actually hit harder than the Mega, albeit with a much worse Speed tier.

Pixilate Granbull amuses me. Hits around 50% harder than normal with its STAB, and can't miss.

Note that any random pure Water type can get Mold Breaker. You think Storm Drain, Water Absorb, or Dry Skin is any protection from Scald? Think again!

So too can any pure Ground type. Levitate is looking a lot less appealing, all of a sudden. Mold Breaker Hippowdon, to force Rocks through Magic Bounce?
 
I don't know if this has gotten mentioned but florges and sylveon gets intimidate and unaware which helps with their bulk
 
Unaware Florges is a great special wall, especially for Manaphy.

I've been investigating potential Unaware users on the physical side, best candidates include Miltank, Seismitoad, Porygon2, Sigilyph

Off the top of my head numel (fire/ground) also gets oblivious, and auroros line gets refrigerate (rock/ice)
I don't think they can share it though (except numel to camerupt), but for completeness' sake

Rain looks crazy good here. Not broken, but very good. Swift swim specs keldeo sounds awesome. Plus it can comfortably run modest and outspeed anything that thinks it can pretend to threaten it. Gale wings works, but there is very little that gets it. Actually, that's a lie. Any normal/flying gets it from fletchling, which is a lot. Ohmigosh... gale wings braviary... It's real... Bird spam is looking awesome. Aerilate scyther could be solid, actually, and it wouldn't use your mega slot. It is like a less durable version of pinsir with the same speed and marginally higher attack (with life orb), or a significantly bulkier version w/ roost and a lot less power. It still has enough power to do some serious damage tho, especially boosted.

Just wanted to point out that you missed mega luc for adaptability, which lets luc and cobalion both get it. Also skrelp, but I don't think adaptability tentacruel will be a thing.

Aside from that, some cool things I noticed:

Poison heal lando T: loses intimidate, but could potentially make a solid sweeper. It gives it status immunity and great recovery that is pretty much Koff-proof.

Prankster zapdos: basically the ultimate defogger. Prankster roost/Twave/Defog/(potentially) tailwind/etc. could really make it pretty good.

Volt absorb thundy I: seems like a downgrade, but NP+3 attacks would actually rather it for the free switch ins.

Seriously tho, swift swim keldeo sounds insanely good. It's a good thing perma rain is gone, otherwise this thing would be easily ban-worthy.
 
Oh yeah, of course. I will say, I think this is a little rash. Prankster mew sounds stupid, so just ban that. Prankster certainly isn't broken in most cases, imo, just a few select ones.
I've been told very specific bans aren't that good, so with Aerilate Noivern already banned I think it's best to keep Prankster banned, in general, for now.

That's fair. I would consider suspecting it at some point tho. It doesn't seem broken to me, especially with the nerf to prankster copycat and stuff.

However, if it is ever unbanned, I would suggest that prankster+Phazing move+sleep talk be banned. This seems super specific, but it was an issue that MnM ran into that was extremely stupid to face, and would probably be even worse here.

Fixed, thank you. If you notice anything else I may have missed that is capable of sharing the ability outside of its own evolutionary family, tell me and I'll add it.

EDIT: After looking at my list and realizing that I forgot Regenerator, I added it and, in doing so, noticed that Regenerator Blissey can be a thing...

A customizable defensive cresselia who doesn't need a slot for moonlight or leftovers thanks to Regenerator, allowing it to run a very effective dual screens set. It works well because as soon as screens go up it'll switch out to an attacker and recover health lost while setting them up.

I really want to try contrary snorlax, or an alternative being contrary Ursaring. Ursaring can spam Superpower, Close Combat, and Hammer arm to boost attack, defense (twice), special defense, and speed. I realize it's stupid for a normal type to have 3 physical fighting moves with similar base power, but honestly once he gets going he can have some serious stat boosts. It would make the most sense to choose only superpower and hammer arm, I guess. Then you can run a STAB and crunch to kill ghosts so he can continue to setup.
 
Magic Bounce or Magic Guard can also be alternative options for Cresselia.
True, those are amazing abilities for Cresselia, and since I think that could become popular there will be a counter movement for Mold Breaker stallers, and this set can abuse the free turns since it doesn't care about mold breaker to setup screens. So say Cress gets put in on a hazard-setting technician Forretress (dat rapid spin boost, thanks Scizor). The Forretress will likely fear magic bounce and go to something that can poison cress through its ability. Switch + toxic turn is already both screens, then cress can get to an attacker and come back healthy and ready for more. The healing can also throw a wrench in your opponents plans, if they get cress down to 33% and set up their sweeper expecting to KO with a 50% damage attack, then Cress comes back at 66% for a Twave, BAM!

Linoone is a pretty damn good user of Cheek Pouch; BellySpeed+Cheek Pouch allows it to either heal back 58.33% after using BD (Sitrus+Cheek Pouch=25%+33.33%) or it can use Sub+BD with Salac to get +1 speed, +6 attack and be back at over 50% HP - making it safe from Rocky Helmet/Rough Skin/Iron Barbs shinanigans and allowing it to not have to worry about Ghost-types with more than 100 base speed. Sub+BD+E-Speed+Shadow Claw/Thief w/ Salac looks like it'd be your best bet for a good Linoone set.

Speaking of Salac Berry, all of the following type combos have access to Gluttony:
  • Grass-/Poison-
  • Normal-
  • Bug-/Rock-
  • Poison-
  • Psychic-
  • Grass-
  • Fire-
  • Water

That's a lot of things which have access to it. However, not much can make use of it outside of Sub+pinch berry or Custap Berry shinanigans. I think these are probably the most notable users:
  • Shuckle (psuedo-priority hazard/encore from just 50%)
  • Crustle (see: Shuckle, exchange bulk, Encore and webs for offensive presence and Spikes)
  • Arbok (SubCoil with a speed boost? Yes please!)
  • Flareon/Darmanitan (patches up its poor speed, takes advantage of Flare Blitz' recoil. Flareon: Quick Attack+Flare Blitz+Facade+Superpower; Darmanitan: Flare Blitz+Superpower+Stone Edge+U-Turn/Earthquake)
Another interesting ability is Magnet Pull. While it has limited distribution (Electric-/Steel-, Rock- and Rock-/Steel), a handful of things are able to take good advantage of it:
  • The magnets take advantage of it in the same way they always have, excelling at trapping and KOing steel-types like Skarmory and Ferrothorn effectively.
  • Aggron can use it in conjunction with its mega stone (Fire Punch+Iron Head+Thunder Wave+Stealth Rock) to use steels as fodder for its rocks and to elimiate them. It can also trap them to allow it to mega evolve safely while giving it one more turn before Mega Aggron's key issues kick in.
Finally, Filter Registeel is now a thing. This makes it around 500 times better, and it is definitely going to be a staple for both defensive and balanced teams. Just be careful of the magnets (or just run EQ/Bulldoze to take them out when they try to trap you >:D)

Since this meta is winning (o_o) I figured I would share some thoughts I had:

  • Aerialate Dragonite with ESpeed.
  • Moltres can get Regenerator to basically be a weaker Ho-oh.
  • Chansey can get Unaware o_o
  • Manaphy gets Primordial Sea
  • Chesnaught gets Poison Heal
  • Scizor gets Download for a stat boost before Mega Evolving
  • Zapdos appreciates Volt Absorb
  • Giving Drought to base Charizard and then Mega-Evolving into CharX for sun-boosted Flare Blitz.
  • Rotom-W can get Volt Absorb now to basically beat Mega-Manectric
  • Mega-Glalie could be a possible sweeper with Swift Swim?
  • Registeel can get Filter now
