+Gyro Ball, +Iron Head, +U-turn, +Zing Zap...
+Energy Ball, +Flash Cannon...
+Defog, +Moonlight, +Parting Shot, +Spikes...What Separates it from Other Forms: To celebrate Ash's best run in the anime by far (Journeys may change that) I bring to you all Pikachu-Tactic which symbolizes Ash's growth as a Pokemon trainer into somebody who is actually kinda very good at Pokemon battling. It is an OG idea I want to revive, a mon that is basically a strong physical wall with access to Analytic to prevent it from being passive and plays similarly to an offensive version of Forretress. The game plan is to set Spikes and be an excellent wall while also serving as vital role compression with access to Defog and annoying moves in Thunder Wave and Knock Off. You can choose between Comatose for stallbreaking and to prevent annoying status, or Analytic to prevent you from being passive while also synergizing well with Tactic's low speed and decent offenses....
-Extreme Speed...

Congratz to anaconja Deviation395 and Mossy SandwichWow! I hate this slate!
New Pokémon Name: Pikachu-Sinnoh (Not Light Ball Compatible)
Stat Changes: 70/110/60/80/60/140 (520 BST)
Typing Changes: Normal/Fairy
Ability Changes: Dazzling
Movepool Changes (If Any): +Double-Edge, Parting Shot, Superpower, Switcheroo, U-Turn -Extreme Speed, Fake Out
What Separates it from Other Forms: I decided to make Speed Control incarnate. No, nothing else.
Araquanid Wave is far too strong with Drizzle. Metagame atm is roughly on par with Home Meta in OU. Mon is gonna either need to lose Drizzle or take significant Atk and SpA drops.mine have been done to accentuate the characteristics that each Pokemon showed in its Trial Battle and animation<3
New Pokémon Name: Araquanid-Wave-Totem
Stat Changes: 68 / 120 / 82 / 100 / 132 / 68 | ??? BST
Typing Changes:
Ability Changes: Drizzle / Intimidate / Storm Drain [HA]

Stat Changes: 86 / 70 / 80 / 70 / 80 / 124 | ??? BST
Typing Changes:
Ability Changes: Protean
Movepool Changes (If Any):
+ Angry Sketch*, Dark Pulse, Moonblast, Play Rough
- Quiver Dance, Roost, U-Turn
Custom: Angry Sketch: Sketch but can only trace Physical or Special moves
What Separates it from Other Forms: artsy so smeargle-like? also the players agree that this is a really hard battle so scary with protean V-Create, Bolt Strike, Precipice Blades, Thousand Arrows, etc.
I say lower the attack. Magic Guard artificially bolsters this Pokémon's attack output by a sizable amount, and even without that it wouod have the highest attacking stat by a decent amount in the tier. You know what we need directly after a Pikachu slate? MORE ELECTRICS WOOOOOOO
Name: Vikavolt-Totem
Typing: Bug/Electric
Ability: Magic Guard
Stats: 70 HP / 135 Atk / 85 Def / 45 SpA / 95 SpD / 80 Spe (510 BST)
Movepool Changes: + Earthquake, U-Turn - Agility
Justification: Fuck it, let’s get physical. Effectively swapped offensive stats while addding a bit of bulk and a lot of speed. U-Turn’s there for a physical pivot move, EQ’s there for (aside from being a physical wallbreaking staple) coverage against Rock and Fire Mons. Magic Guard’s funny because it makes Wild Charge decent and doesn’t tie the bug mon to boots if it feels like stepping on pebbles.
Lower this thing's SpA a little bit, it is a bit strong for what we have right now. Also, please explain what the heck is going on with base Araquanid. Idk what it does but it doesn't feel right.
New Pokémon Name: Vikavolt-Totem
Stat Changes: 77 / 90 / 110 / 135 / 75 / 43 | 530 BST
Typing Changes: Rock / Electric
Ability Changes: Sap Sipper / Lightning Rod / Levitate
Movepool Changes (If Any):
+ Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Meteor Beam, Power Gem, Ancient Power, Drill Run, Earth Power, Stealth Rock
+ Discharge, Rising Voltage
What Separates it from Other Forms: nuclear meteor beams. pretty good switchin to oricorio(-pompom) and fires and electrics. still suffers from abysmal speed. note that totem doesnt get sticky web.
Remove Tinted Lens on base Vikavolt. It is already a pretty strong Pokémon in our lineup TL clearly pushes it over the edge.
New Pokémon Name: Vikavolt
Stat Changes: 77/70/90/115/85/83 [BST: 520]
Typing Changes:
Ability Changes: Tinted Lens
Movepool Changes (If Any):

Typing Changes:
Ability Changes: Transistor/Dragon's Maw
Movepool Changes (If Any): +Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Dragon Claw -Charge Beam
What Separates it from Other Forms: Cool attacker with good abilities but bad stats.
Lower Araquanid's HP somewhat. Water / Dragon is a really good defensive typing rn so I think its bulk atm is too high in combination with Recovery.
New Pokémon Name: Araquanid-Totem
Stat Changes: 105 / 75 / 85 / 75 / 135 / 30 | 505 BST
Typing Changes: Dragon / Water
Ability Changes: Water Bubble / Pressure
Movepool Changes (If Any):
+ Flip Turn, Recover, Draco Meteor, Dragon Claw
+ Sticky Web, Hydro Pump
What Separates it from Other Forms: A big slow fat Dragon/Water type that everyone loves.
This is less specific criticism and more a critique on the submission style on a whole. I am imploring both you and all other submitters to start actively looking at the Pokémon that exist in the tier, as we have enough existing Pokémom in the tier rn where we should start building to account for the existing metagame. Ribombee isnt broken, but do we actually need to add one more 140 Speed physical Fairy type user immediately after adding one the previous slate? Do we really need to add ANOTHER Ghost type after being 3 slates in with 4 different ghost types and next to no reliable defensive counterplay? For these subs and others I ask people to carefully look at the fledging metagame abd try focusing on fleshing out roles and archtypes that are not yet present atm, and try to gauge what the power level of the netagame is rn, as I feel people are not yet fully grasping the current tier's power level right now.

Typing Changes:
Ability Changes: Berserk / Overcoat | Corrosion (HA)
Movepool Changes (If Any): + Life Dew, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Trick Room
What Separates it from Other Forms: TR mon, that's it. The main point of this mon is to set TR and try activate Berserk in the same turn.

Movepool Changes (If Any): + Electrocutter, U-turn
- Roost
Electrocutter:, 55 BP, 8 PP, 100% Acc, doubles the power if target is at full HP.
What Separates it from Other Forms: A very hard hitting wallbreaker that's not really works well with hazards.
New Pokémon Name: Vikavolt-Specialized

Typing Changes:
Ability Changes: Transistor | Slush Rush (HA)

Pollen Puff | Bug | Special | 90 BP | 100% Acc | 15 PP | 30% chance to lower the target's Attack by 1 stage.
+ Giga Drain, Thunder Wave, Magic Coat
What Separates it from Other Forms: THE quiver dance user. filter can facilitate a weakness policy set and pollen puff allows it to lower the attack of physical mons aiming to hit its unboosted defense. also has sticky web.
Pokémon Name: Ribombee-Totem
Stats: 70 HP / 65 Atk / 105 Def / 100 SpA / 90 SpD / 64 Spe / 494 BST
Typing:
Abilities: Honey Gather / Swarm | Poison Point
Movepool Changes:
+ Acid Spray, Corrosive Gas, Mystical Fire, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Strength Sap, Venoshock
What Separates it from Other Forms: Shoutouts to Vileplume. Absolute goon that has Strength Sap + Mystical Fire with other nasty tools in Acid Spray and Corrosive Gas. Could pull off a bulky QD set too.
New Pokémon Name: Araquanid
Stat Changes: 75 / 70 / 80 / 65 / 110 / 105 | 505 BST
Typing Changes: Bug / Water
Ability Changes: Water Bubble / Water Absorb
Movepool Changes (If Any):
+ U-Turn, Recover
What Separates it from Other Forms: A fairly decent special wall that can pack a bit of a punch thanks to water bubble.

Typing:
Abilities: Water Absorb | Water Bubble
Movepool Changes:
+ Air Slash, Heal Order, Hurricane, Nasty Plot, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Toxic, Venom Drench, Venoshock
What Separates it from Other Forms: What Venomicon could've been. Great defensive typing and immunity to burn means it can plop its fat ass on the field before Plotting and going brazy with Scald + Cane. Sludge Bomb is an option if you really hate Fairies I guess.

You know what we need directly after a Pikachu slate? MORE ELECTRICS WOOOOOOO
