Item revamp

The artifact Purple Lotus / Black Lotus is being revamped:

Purple Lotus: Raises the power of Grass-type moves by 5 and the holder's Sp. Defense rank by 3. If the holder is a Grass-type, its Grass-type attacks will inflict 100% extra damage against targets with a resistance to Grass.

Black Lotus: Raises the power of Grass-type moves by 7, the holder's Sp. Defense rank by 3, and the HP restored by attacking draining moves by 100%. If the holder is a Grass-type, its Grass-type attacks will inflict 100% extra damage against targets with a resistance to Grass.
Purple Lotus: Raises the power of Ghost-type moves by 5 and the holder's Sp. Defense rank by 3. Increases the power of Shadow Sneak by 2 and the priority of Ominous Wind by 1.

Black Lotus: Raises the power of Ghost-type moves by 7 and the holder's Sp. Defense rank by 3. Increases the power of Shadow Sneak by 2 and the priority of Ominous Wind by 1. If the holder is a Ghost-type, reduces the BP of all incoming attacks by 3 while the user is under the effects of Spite.

New ref payment approved by Dogfish44 Maxim Exclaimer. Raids will now pay 9 UC per round reffed on Normal, and 14 UC per round reffed on Hard

Also, a fix has been applied on Thundurus's fight: Thundurus's Storm Nova will now round up, instead of down (with 1 damage minimum inflicted).
