Data Ask a Simple Question, Get a Simple Answer (ASB Version)

I'm confused as to the price on some of the Pokemon like Revenankh and Heracross. Data Audit says 4TC, but people are saying 7TC. Which price is it?

EDIT: Also, way you use a Power Gem 4 Times before finishing the battle; will it cross over to future battles with full usage available? Will the item be lost? Will the usage carry over? I'm confused, so confirmation would be lovely.

Simon Says, if a pokemon that doesn't evolve is broguht in the prize claiming thread (ie not one of you origanal pokemon) it costs an extra 3 TC. Hense Hermacross costing 7 TC as his origanal price 4 + the extra TC (3) = 7.

Hopefully that was clear enough!

I'm pretty sure if a consumable item like a gem is used even once in a battle, then the item is lost at the end of the battle (except in the subway).

I'm curious, am I allowed to change the nickname/gender of my pokemons?

And if I am, is there any cost to do it?

Nickname changes are completely free. I would assume the same is true for gender changes.

EDIT: Ah yes, getting a gender change on the Nidoran lines would mean getting a whole new mon.

Chance Substitution:

For each of their Pokemon, either player may create a substitution based on the success or failure of a previously ordered Attack or Attack effect. This conditional can only be triggered by the success or failure of a previous action, and as such cannot be applied to the first action of a round. A Player acting first can make either an Attack Substitution or a Chance Substitution, but not both.

Am I allowed to re-order my moves in my mon's summary? I'd like to group them, say, into physical, special, and status instead of level-up, egg, and TM. I would imagine this would be fine since a move's source only matters on purchase, but figured I'd check.

Nasty Plot fails if the user is infatuated with a foe.

Dark typing allows a Pokémon to use any Dark-typed move while infatuated.

Which effect takes precedence?

From the long version of Dark-type's description:
Dark types are very vengeful by nature and happily use retaliatory attacks. Dark types are also more endeared to trickery and deviousness, and can use attacks like Nasty Plot and Taunt even if infatuated.

Btw, you are actually supposed to list your Pokemon's moves in the order Level-Up, Egg, Tutor, Event / Special, TM with returns between each section, but no one actually has the patience to enforce it. The reason you're supposed to do this is to avoid either intentionally or unintentionally hiding moves from your battle opponents and confusing them as to what you have available to you.

Oh and yes, Dark typing specifically allows you to use any Dark-type non-attacking move without fail when infatuated.

those that means the other way is also true? that dark attacks are way harder to excecute while infauated? and if so how much? like you have a 25% chance of succesfully using dak pulse or shadow ball

Does a move with extra critical hit chance count as something that could be boosted by Sheer Force? I am wondering specifically about Stone Edge on my Steelix, because that would be nice to have. :P
