Can the Pokemon online does battle animations?
1. If they're playing Black/White 2, it's Japanese, possibly with an English patch. If you can link to a specific example, I might be able to explain it better.
2. With a flashcart, it's possible to dump retail save files to a computer. You can then play back a saved battle video on an emulator and use video recording tools to upload it to YouTube.
3. Since we're in the process of moving to Showdown, this will probably be irrelevant soon.

Do you mean 'what's the best way to learn this metagame' or 'what's the best/fastest way to get good pokemon to fight with'?
I mean, "to play the metagame", hopefully i get good in time. My Wifi at home hates my DS :(.

Since Telepathy protects against all multi-target attacks from allies, I would suspect that that would be the case. If it had Levitate, it would be a different story, but I do believe Telepathy will still protect it.
I know this might be an impossible question to answer, but I felt I had to ask it...
Obviously, it will be some time before the metagame stabilizes and the question of suspect voting comes up. In addition to that, Smogon is in the process of moving towards use of Pokemon Showdown as our new 'place to be' in battle. With all of this in mind, is there any idea of how voting requirements are going to be handled? I'm kind of throwing all of my eggs into the Pokemon Showdown basket, so I was kind of wondering...

^ the tiering leaders of Smogon are discussing this right now amongst themselves. If you have any pressing issues that you want to address then you should drop a PM to Haunter, Bloo, Earthworm, Aldaron, JabbatheGriffin, or kokoloko (I don't know anyone else who has access).
