I've got a team of:
Specially Defensive Tyranitar
Ferrothorn
Jellicent
SubToxic Gliscor
Scarf Metagross
DD Mence

It works as a Semi-stall team with Mence coming in as a late game sweeper.
And I'm having a lot of trouble with opposing Gliscor, Gengar, Celebi, Virizion, and Rotom-W. The team is working ok but it can't play around those common threats. I'm not quite ready for a full on RMT yet, so if anyone could put in some quick suggestions or help me via VM/PM, that would be great.

Maybe switch your scarfer to Tyranitar since he can revenge Celebi and Gengar nicely. Make Metagross the Agility variant with Meteor Mash/Eq/Ice Punch as your attacks. I'd consider changing Jelli to a Rotom-W of your own with Hp ice for Gliscor. Consider using the chesto rest set to tank better. Ferro beats opposing Rotoms even with Wisp so I wouldn't worry about that. I much prefer Dnite as a DDer opposed to Mence, since with Multiscale and Extremespeed you can beat out Virizions. ScarfTar also outspeeds Virizion and does major damage with Superpower. Hope that helps a bit.

What are great counters for SubCM Jirachi and Tornadus in rain and Volcarona in general? If it's possible to use a Pokemon to more that one of these Pokemon, that would be great. :) Thanks!

Scrafty's been taking the cake for most badass dragon dance moxie sweeper for me lately. I was wondering how easier/more difficult is it to set up+sweep with Salamence/ Gyarados with a similar build?

Scrafty has pathetic BST (need 2 DD to outrun most/all scarf users) compared to the other 2 but has better coverage moves and no 4x weaknesses. Not to mention bulkiness.

Gyarados has taunt which makes setting up a lot easier, but its moves are lacking in power (bar waterfall's flinch rate). I usually run waterfall and EQ + taunt.

Moxiemence rips through stuff if there aren't any steel types left; but I somehow find it the most difficult to set up, not to mention confusion from Outrage.

Thoughts?

Well fullblown counters are going to be a little tough to come by, but I can list some checks.

Sub CM Jirachi (rain variant with thunder and water pulse) is stopped cold by Virizon, who can boost up alongside it and win due to resisting both attacks. It'll probably get paralyzed though, which is unfortunate. Breloom is even better, being immune to paralysis. Pysical ground types that can take a water pulse are decent checks assuming they don't waste themselves in confusion, so Swampert is an idea. Overall, I generally just suggest a phazer that isn't OHKO'd by those two moves, unless you're worried about last mon scenarios.

Tornadus in the rain's counters boil down to things that can take it's hurricanes and coverage moves, which isn't a lot. Blissey and chansey can do it, but they need to look out for fighting type coverage. Specially defensive Jirachi is pretty much a hard stop to it, and can paralyze it in return. Tyranitar needs to look out for fighting coverage, but can take hurricanes all day with ease. Finally, anything with strong or super-effective priority can check it with a revenge kill, though bulk up acrobatics variants could be an issue here.

Volcarona is a tricky one, as it comes with various ways to get past all its checks. The pink blobs can wall and defeat variants without recovery, but Morning Sun and Chesto Rest will just set up on them. Heatran can stop those without a super-effective nuetral hidden power, but those with the hidden power can beat even air balloon heatran by popping the balloon first and boosting to absorb heatrans attacks. However, air balloon heatran with rock slide does beat it no matter what, but is very situational. Scarf Terrakion is a fairly good counter, resisting both STABs, but needs to watch out for burns and SE misses. Honestly though, Volcarona is just a tough nut to crack.

Hope that helps!

You should ask about it in the C&C SQSA thread. That is where we do all of our work with movesets. However, you should check our onsite analyses first to make sure we haven't seen these sets before. If your sets aren't posted there, I would recommend being cautious about posting your sets. You should try lurking around the forums for a while to see how we operate so that you don't make a silly mistake. If you have any questions, feel free to shoot me a PM.

Is there a Team Building guide anywhere? If so, please provide a link

Mmm, not quite. You can read through our on site articles for some inspiration, but we don't have anything specifically for what you're asking. You could also check out this thread, despite it not being completed. If you're building a team and have any specific questions, you can always bring them here!

What are all the moves that decrease the user's stats? I know there are Overheat, Leaf Storm, Draco Meteor, Psycho Boost, and V-create; are there any more?

Wow that's a pretty in-depth answer!! Thanks Jimera0! :D

This is a question on the sleep clause. When I used espeon, and switched it in on a breloom who used spore on the simulator when I had already put a pokemon to sleep. Sleep clause activated. I am just wondering should sleep clause be provoked when the same thing is done on a cartridge.

Sleep clause is actually not a thing on the cartridges, it is a smogon enforced rule to make a better metagame. On the cartridge you can send all six of your opponents pokemon to sleep and the game won't stop you.

I know that. I apologize for not making it clear. I am wondering if it should count as breaking it if you magic bounce a sleep inducing move back.

Focus Punch

Hi, so I was in monotype the other day and while using subpunch i got to thinking. If two pokemon use focus punch on the same turn and neither get attacked, what will happen? will one's punch cancel out the others or will they both activate? and if so, will it be the faster pokemon? Thanks for answering!

The tutor sign ups are in two days. If one were to be accepted to have a tutor, where would this take place? Where would the tutoring take place? IRL? Smogon server? Or can tutee choose, or tutor depending which is preferable?

Does Wonder Skin affect Whirlwind and Roar? Based on the descriptions I got from reading the research thread it sounded like it might, but I wanted to make sure.

I want to ask about Roserade, according to the OU Spikes Set.

http://www.smogon.com/bw/pokemon/roserade/ou

If you're potentially running both Leech Seed and Giga Drain wouldn't you use Big Root over Leftovers? Is there a reason not to?

Is that because Big Root is outclassed by Leftovers, since Leftovers can heal more than the extra healing caused by Big Root. If you manage to increase Roserade's Special Attack, Giga Drain can heal even more anyways. Also, you can't always use Giga Drain and Leech Seed; in these situations, Leftovers still let you recover HP.
