@Kestrel--The only reason I can think of is for being confused, but the writer is probably the only person who knows.

My own question: which trainer(s) give you the most money, and where are they? I tried Google searching, but I didn't get good results.

The Gentleman and Socialite by the mansion. The Gentleman has just a Chatot, and the Socialite just a Roselia. Both give a lot of money when you win though, I think 24,000 with an amulet coin.

Do the effects of Flash Fire stack? Like in this example scenario:

I switched in Houndoom.
Heatran used Fire Blast!
Houndoom's Flash Fire absorbed it

Houndoom used Nasty Plot!
Heatran used Fire Blast!
Houndoom's Flash Fire absorbed it

Would Houndoom's fire attacks double in power, or just simply be increased by x1.5, no matter how many times Flash Fire activates?

is there a max amount of game time like 999:99 or is it unlimited asking because my game now has 998:18 and if there is a max what happens after you reach max does the file die or somthing

I'm breeding in Sapphire for the lulz and am wondering a few things.

I'm trying to breed Silver Wind onto my Ninjask/ Shedinja just so they can have a viable STAB to attack with, So I'm gonna breed with a male Dustox with a random female Nincada I'm gonna catch.

So, am I gonna have to tough out the hatching process like a man thanks to no everstone trick and no magma armor quick hatch? :(

Also, I used up the TM for Aerial Ace on a previous Ninjask already. Is there any way to get another one?

I wasn't sure if I could make a thread or not for this, so better to be safe then sorry! I'm trying to create a double battle team, and I'm having trouble comming up with the second half of my opening duo, so could you guys help me choose one out of these three, that would be great!

Well, I've decided on this pokemon as one of my openers.

Typhlosion @ Choice specs
Rash, 252sp.att, 252speed.
-Eruption
-Lava plume
-Focus Blast
-Rock Slide

So, he's not at all unique in himself, as typhlosion leads seem to be every second battle. But whats different with mine is that he's not scarfed. The next pokemon in the lead explains why.

I'm planning the second pokemon to be a scarfed pokemon using Icy wind, which will lower the opponents speed 1 stage. This should be enough to lower non-scarfed pokemons speed enough for Typhlosion to get in there and try and KO with choice specs.

So the next pokemon in the lead will be either:

Glaceon @ Choice scarf.
Mild, 252 sp.att, 252speed
-Icy wind
-Blizzard
-Shadow ball
-Water pulse

Shadow ball and water pulse are pretty much filler. This set is so Icy wind actually does some damage against the opponents, maybe putting them into OHKO range for Typhlosions Eruption.

Froslass @ Choice scarf.
Timid, 252sp.att, 252speed
-Icy wind
-Blizzard
-Shadow ball
-Thunderbolt

Mainly for the Mach punch immunity, This Froslass has more speed then the others.

Kabutops @ Choice scarf.
Naive, 252sp.att/def, 252speed
-Icy wind
-Rock Slide
-X-scissor
-Waterfall

Ok, so this guy is mainly for the lulz, but it is also a gimmiky set no-one would really see comming. Getting a sandstorm and raining boost and with a x4 resist to fire incase I want to use Lava plume instead, Kabutops could do the job quite well...

So out of Glaceon, Froslass and Kabutops, which would be best for my Typhlosion to start with?

1. Yes.
2. By trade or hacking. It's only given by GymL#6.

None of those answers brighten my day. :(

Oh well, I can go without AA, I suppose. I'm only going for Silverwind for Shedinja.

Are ledyba even found in Sapphire?

EDIT: Would any other breeding partner work besides Ledyba? :(

The problem is that several things are going to outspeed and attack your Typholosion before it can use Eruption. Once Typhlosion's been hit, Eruption is significantly less useful. I recommend a combo that I saw on PBR that totally took my team apart.

Typhlosion @ Power Herb
Eruption
SolarBeam
Protect
???

Vaporeon @ ???
Hydro Pump
Icy Wind
Helping Hand
???

This has several advantages over Choice Specs or Choice Scarf. First of all, the round of Protect prevents your opponents from using Fake Out, which they are likely to target Typholosion with. Meanwhile, the Vaporeon lowers the Speed of both opponents, just like your combo. This usually works great since most opponents will be trying to damage the Typhlosion before it uses Eruption. Secondly, Helping Hand makes Eruption just as powerful as Choice Specs, albeit at the cost of Vaporeon's turn.

If you're going to stick Lava Plume on your Typhlosion, be aware that it has a 30% chance to burn its partner, so you might want to give your Vaporeon or Kabutops a Lum Berry.

That'd be good but... I don't have an Eevee on my Emerald version, making it a little hard to get Icy wind on Vaporeon... Otherwise I would probably do that. I'm trying to figure out a way to do that tatctic without Vaporeon.

Although waiting that turn does protect me from fake-outers... something I kinda forgot about, however the only other pokemon that could possibly withstand attacks are Glaceon and Kabutops... Could they possibly do the job of vaporeon? I kinda doubt their capacity to take hits, especially since one is weak to rock while the other is weak to ground, the two attacking types used the most in doubles...

so i heard there was an IV check code, and am wondering where i might find it :naughty:
