ok so can someone answer these questions?

what makes a pokemon hacked?

and can hacked pokemon be parents of legit pokemon?

Generally messing with a pokemon's data directly will cause a pokemon to appear "hacked". IE force IVing, creating out of nothing, forced shiny, etc.

General smogon consensus is that "hacked" parents create "hacked" children. So no, even though technically no one would be able to tell.

There is a "Battle Latios" code for Gameshark SP. If I use this, will the Latios be hacked?

It depends on if it forces the encounter built into the game or if it generates the latios outside of the existing encounter.

I believe it just makes you battle him no matter where you are

It's probably forcing a new encounter, which would be "hacked".

Are there any usable natures for Rayquaza besides the Timid, Jolly, Adamant, and Modest natures listed in the analysis? I was thinking Naive or Hasty, but besides those I can't think of many more.

Does a similar boss battles you in Doubles? at battle tower?

Only happens in singles.
On your 21st and 40 something th battle.
He uses his heatran on the 40th.

I have just found that I have a HP Fighting 65 Jirachi, but with not amazing IVs (fairly all round though, nothing below 18). The only problem is that I hacked so that it would appear in the wild. Nothing more. I just want to ask, would anybody be willing to trade with me for it? Or would it be looked down upon, because it is caught in Route 210 or whatever? I asked somebody, and they said it would be looked down upon, but i want to ask more people. Answer ASAP.
