how does egg sring work? Doesnt it change the gender and keep the same IVs? Also what if that poke can have two abilities? Can that change or does it stay the same?

Eggs get their gender, nature, and ability right when the egg is created. The IV's are variable until you pick the egg up. This means that if you SR for eggs (by saving right in front of him) you can wait until you get good iv's while the gender, nature, and ability stay the same.

For Self KO CLause, does that include only 1 Pokemon having Explosion/Self-Destruct? or does it just mean that in a match if both players are down to theior last Pokemon, the one using Explosion loses?

I have no sure: What is the 101 substitute? How i made it?

Thanks ;)

A 101 Sub is a Substitute, when set up, survives two Seismic tosses. Incidentally, it requires 404 hp or more, which is the max for base 100 hp pokemon. Subseeders like Celebi and Shaymin, Sub/CM'ers like Mewtwo and Jirachi utilize this; Subpunchers like Tyraniboah (occasionally Swampert) use this HP number as well.

101 subs usually allow pokemon to effectively beat down Blissey.

I think Self Ko Clause only forbids pokemon from using Explosion/Self Destruct/Destiny Bond if it is their last pokemon. This is to potentially avoid a tie.

Reposting because I forgot to put exept Arcues.

Groundon is an effective Swords Dancer, despite his low speed.

For this garchomp set, is dragon claw or outrage better:

Garchomp @ yache berry
Jolly Sand veil
-Dragon Claw / Outrage
-Earthquake
-Sword Dance
-Fire Fang

Also include why whichever attack is better. Damage calcs would be appreciated on whatever example you use. Thanks!

EDIT: Also, how do you get BODY SLAM on JIRACHI?

Can someone please answer these two questions for me? Thanks.

Does No Guard work with OHKO moves like Fissure?

Yes. In fact, No Guard Machamp's biggest weakness is that OHKO moves never miss him. If you're asking because you want to Skill Swap No Guard onto something that learns OHKO moves in a double battle, read the 'Viability of Combos' section of my Double Battle Primer.

would it be viable to change the SpecsLucario set to have Life Orb instead, or do you need the extra .2 power? (I just get so sad that I can't switch moves :\ )
