When you are SRing for a legend, is it best to try get two ivs around 30-31 and the rest above 25?

I'm an avid SRer myself so here's a tip for you. I usually don't really look into the it needs 30/31s in specific stats unless it's something like Azelf who would benefit from having max speed(30 if it's HP Fight). Generally what I do is I get a syncer with the speed stat equivalent to the pokemon's speed stat at around 25+ iv range. I then use a stat calculator to list down all of it's stats with 31 ivs each(both neutral and positive natures). After that I just go SRing, a good rule of thumb is to check only those who are about 3-4 points below on those stats you deem important(mix attackers are tricky since they basically need all stats to be above average and would actually benefit with a high iv on the stat the nature hinders but this isn't really required). Also I generally like to add all the ivs and divide them by 6 so I can get a rough estimate how good the pokemon is generally anything below 25 is a reset for me unless the iv that lowers it's average is the useless IV so I usually do calcs one with the hindering stat and the other without it. GL on your SRing, have a nice day ^^.

I use my AR code to get all the berries, and then i would feed the poke with the ev-reducing berries (no.21-26) which increases its happiness. Appears to be the fastest way out for me when i bred my lucarios.

can someone help me with move sets for contests and possibly the best berries to turn to poffins (recent ones from things like enigma have been eating into the sheen for little return)
also i'm doing battle tower (getting the stars on the card, completing these 2 would leave me with the dex filling for the black one) and currently use

azelf@timid
IVs: 29/20/5/24/11/31
EVs: 6 HP, 252 special attack, 252 speed
Moves:
Nasty Plot
Psychic
Flamethrower
Grass Knot
holding leftovers

porygon-z@modest
IV/EV unknown
ice beam
tbolt
tri attack
nasty plot
holding life orb

and
Lucario@ademant
31/31/5/8/31/31
iron defence
crunch
cross chop
blaze kick
holding shell bell (cant have 2 repeat items)

was thinking of swapping lucario for heracross for the tower tycoon second encounter, and was wondering if anyone has any good tips for a teams that swamp the place or any other minor changes i could make?

Guys, I need some help here. How exactly is it possible to get Sucker Punch on Nidoking? Nidoran-M can only breed with Ditto. Now Nidoran-M never naturally learns Sucker Punch and since it can only breed with Ditto it can't pass a move it doesn't know to itself. However I see Nidoking all the time with Sucker Punch.

Maybe I am missing something but I need some serious help.

When you breed a female Nidoran with something (Like Diglett), the babies can either be male or female nidorans. The male ones will get Sucker Punch.

Same thing as Illumise/Volbeat :P

About the freeze clause:

If I freeze something with ice beam, then my opponent switches out, do I just avoid useing ice beam? or is it ok to accidently freeze two pokemon?

Also, if I use ice beam on a frozen pokemon that switches out, and freeze the switch-in, would that be illegal.

I need a simple answer.

Does Cherrim's Flower Gift really only increases Attack and Special Defense? I read in Serebii that it increases Special Attack and Attack. So I'm not so sure, marriland is blank about this giving a vague description. So anyone willing to help me?

Although I'm leaning more to Smogon since Serebii is mostly lol for me.

I had the same problem. I checked Psypokes and they had the same thing as Smogon. I was going to test it but got too lazy at the time. Unless someone has a definite answer in the next few minutes I'll test it. I am personally thinking that Smogon has it correctly because I have found numerous mistakes on Serebii when I check there for information so I no longer feel that all their information is credible.

If by Bulky you mean the rapid spinner set, then 160 HP / 132 SpA / 216 Spe is standard. Taken straight from here.

Edit, Laronde, Flower Gift does indeed boost Atk. and Sp.Def. I just tested it.

I have read that. It just doesn't seem to be that bulky... Like... The 40 HP more? What exactly are you surviving?

I think I may shift some EVs from SpA to HP/Def because most Garchomp either have Yache or Scarf, neither of which I'd be able to OHKO (Unless, Starmie survives Outrage taking 49%-, which I doubt is possible...)

For spuer bulk just do 252 HP and 129 Defense and 129 Special Defense. Oh yeah Bold or Calm nature.
