In sapphire and emerald, If I was SRing a legendary with a certain speed, I would want a pokemon with one speed point under their speed, right?

For example if I were reseting for a neutral speed Raquaza on Sapphire:
(((31+2*95)*70/100)+5)*1 = 159.7
So I would want a speed checker with 158 speed correct, because I tried this with kyogre and latios, but I always outspeed them, even when their speed was higher than mine.

Am I missing something?

the badges boost your stats by 1.1 so now that you have the speed badge, you need to take a 1.1 boost into acount

EDIT: so you'd wnat something with 143/144 speed depending on if it rounds up or down

The number always rounds down, even if it's something like 143,9. It's still 143. Well that's what I figured when I was SRing in Sapphire my self. Someone correct me if I'm wrong :\

This method doesn't work well with neutral speed natures, however. The ones with +spe nature will outspeed you even if they have a crappy speed IV.

I just wondering if anyone else is having trouble launching shoddy; when I try to run it I get an error message (Unable to launch the application) and the website, as far as I saw, didn't have news of maintenance or anything. Am I banned? I really don't think I should be.

No you aren't banned. It'll let you know if you are.

Is your Java updated? Try that. If all else fails, uninstall and reinstall. That usually does the trick.

So I'm trying to get an Altaria to learn Draco Meteor but I can't get it happy.

I give it back rubs or whatever it is and I have it holding the item that boosts happiness.

Is there anything else I can do?

let it win battles, give it Rare Candy, or give it EV reducing berries (in a stat you haven't trained).

Since all the analysis is for Pokemon at level 100, I need to know what HP IVs I need for Pinch Berries to activate at the right time at level 50, as I use PBR more than Diamond.

The sets I have that use Substitute/Pinch Berries/Belly Drum are:

Linoone : UU Belly Drummer
Charizard : Bellyzard, Two Attacks
Drifblim : Sweeper
Persian : Special Sweeper (Uses Water Pulse instead of HP Fighting)

All these Pokemon need to activate their Pinch Berries at 25% (Linoone at 50%) but to do that they need the right HP stat, which always seems to go wrong when leveled down to 50.

If possible, is there an HP IV/EV/Stat that will work at BOTH level 100 and 50?

Bulbapedia is down, and has been for the last few days. This means that all sprites used from there and posted in smogon have been disabled. Does anyone know of another good platinum sprite source? I can't use serebii because my browser doesn't let me copy sprites from there. The 'drag to new tab' trick doesn't work for me either.

So any other good platinum sprite resources?

Well, i got Diamond for christmas and I noticed that in the pokemon stat screen that mentions it's nature (jolly, modest etc.), there's also this other "nature" thingie, for example, "Likes to run" or "Likes to trash about".
Do they mean anything? If they do, could someone give me a link to a site that lists what they mean.
Thanks in advance
