For the standard wish bliss (calm, 0 hp\252 def) you need exactly 217 atk to have a guaranteed OHKO without stealth rock. With stealth rock 200 atk is enough.
 
I'm surprised I haven't seen this mentioned yet, but there is a sort of "IV checker guy" in the Battle Tower of Platinum similar to the one in the Battle Frontier of Emerald. He tells you whether your Pokemon has like "moderate potential" or "superior than average potential" and such and then proceeds to tell you that he thinks "HP/Attack/Defense, etc." is the best. I was wondering if anyone has some information on what each message specifically means, or if the mechanics of it stayed the same from Emerald. :D

Also, there is a guy who tells you your Hidden Power type in Veilstone. So many neat new things in Platinum. XD

Which chamber can I find Unknown V in Solaceon Ruins? I heard that in every side chamber you have equal chance to find one of the 20 unknowns not in the main chambers but I keep running into Y, Q, J, K, and some others.
 
Is there a list of all the pokemon in the Frontier's Battle Factory somewhere? I started a small collection of the pokemon I encountered for my own benefit and was figuring into making a list, but I'd rather not if it's easier to just shark that kind of information and use it. I haven't posted here for a while and I'm not aware if this is available.

I use Agiligross in every of my teams, and its not good only for the surprise factor. Its good because with a LO and using an Agility, its capable of outspeeding and OHKOing Adamant Scarf Flygon, Adamant +1 Salamence, Jolly +1 Gyarados, Naive ScarfTran, and other common threats for a team.

So yeah, Agiligross is totally worth it.
 
Do re battle legend AR Codes exist for Platinum? If so, could someone PM me where I can find them or the codes themselves?
 
Is buying Pokemon Platinum worth it? Am I going to being getting anything much more different that Diamond or Pearl?

Depends...

If you battle on wifi it is worth it. Being able to record battles, move tutors, and sring the regis and the birds are good stuff.

If you want to just play through it I don't think it's worth it.
 
When equipping the Light Ball on Pikachu for Shoddy Battle, does it increase both attacking stats, or just special attack? I was fiddling around with the team builder, and found that every time I equipped the item and fiddled with the evs (doing that usually alters the stats to match that of stat-boosting items), it only showed an increase for Pikachu's special attack stat.

It increases both.
 
When does the game check to see if it's night when using Dusk Balls? Does it depend on the time the battle started, or does it check the time when it checks the ball rate?
