In Platinum, does Synchronize affect Legendaries like it does in D/P? Because I have saved in front of Cresselia, with a Bold Ralts with Synchronize at the front of my party. I talk to cressy, then i go off to capture it. Most of the time it isn't Bold, but its nature changes meaning that the nature isn't already set. Am I doing something wrong?

oooo-eeee-oooo!?!?!?!

I was just wondering about this?!?!?!?

I want to catch a Timid Heatran with good IVs. Should I really take the time to catch a Timid Abra with Synchronize, or will it not make much difference?

You should REALLY take time to catch a Synchronizer with the correct trait. I recommend Ralts if you have Platinum. They have a 20% chance of appearing in the route below Solaceon Town. Once you start resetting for that Heatran, you'll really want that 50% chance of having the right nature.

Is there a good "quickie" team that can win the Little Cup on PBR easily without too much intensive breeding?
Sneasel should be able to sweep that pretty easily. Breed Ice Punch and Bite onto it. If you find something that Sneasel can't handle, figure out a counter for it. Gastly with Psychic to counter fighters? Seriously, Sneasel tears that cup apart.

Yeah, Dark-Paladin, that's correct.

What a good moveset for a Jolly DDZard? (Moves and EVs)

I was thinking Dragon Dance, Outrage, Fire Punch, and Rock Slide/Earthquake.

I'm pretty sure that Dragon Rage is banned in Little Cup.
Is it? I know it is on places like CAP's Little Cup ladder, but I couldn't remember if PBR banned it or not. Regardless, Poliwag should still work, as well as Pokemon like Murkrow, Gliscor, Magby, and Elekid.

You forgot Scyther. Technician = <3

Serebii has confirmed that the Movie Arceus knows Judgement, Spacial Rend, Roar of Time, and Shadow Force. Any idea when these moves will be allowed on Arceus in Shoddy, if at all?

There is a problem with this that I'd like to ask. The movie Arceus is Level 100, making it impossible to EV train it to our desires. If the movie Arceus moves are allowed, wouldn't there have to be an EV restriction to simulate the game properly?

I try to wander off from fight area, but I was stop by trainers, so do I have to fight in battle tower and castle before able to move on to stark mountain??

Where are the gym leaders located for rebattles?
In the Survival Area, in the house to the left of the Pokemon Center; the one your rival is standing next to. You need to complete the Stark Mountain quest first though, at least up to the point where Looker takes Charon (Pluto) away (you don't need to actually catch Heatran to be able to go in there).
