If you transfer a Pokemon over to Diamond, Pearl, or Platnium they do not lose any move tutor acquired moves.(I couldn't tell if thats what you were asking so I'll edit this post if I didn't answer your question)

Could this moveset work?

Altaria
Adamant Nature @Leftovers
Evs: 252 Attack. 252 Speed
Dragon Claw
Dragon Dance
Roost
Heal Bell

Having one move to sweep is usually a bad thing. I would say to replace Heal Bell with an attacking move, but it would just be outclassed by Salamance or something. I think that you should just use a support Altaria.

There would be no point to use Altaria if there was a Salamence presence, so he must be talking about UU. I don't play in the UU metagame so I can't really give any good advice pertaining to your moveset except, if you're aiming for a support Pokemon use a full support set or if you're looking for a sweeper then use the standard DD set. I haven't seen too many (or any for that matter) occasions where a half sweeper half support set would work.

I thought dragon was like the best offensive type!!! And I can't find a good support set for Altaria here...

It is only Super Effective against Dragon. And if you can't find a good support set for Altaria here then make your own.

EDIT: I forgot about UU, I would still replace Heal Bell with another move if you want it to be a sweeper.

My brother just came back from college with near flawless pokemon that he claimed he bred and the ingame data looks valid so far but I don't believe him... is there anyway I can tell if his babies have been tampered with?

nm/im an idiot./edit

Heal Bellers usually need to switch-out, thus Heal Bell doesn't work with DD. I love Altaria too, try:

Are Icy Wind or HP Ice usable for CMGardevoir?

If both were on the same team, which one would you rather have?

Modest Alakazam @Choice Scarf
Timid Gengar @Life Orb

OR

no I meant they dont have the moves tutored on them. but i dont want to build a team for the frontier to get the tutored moves on them. so if i transfer them over to D/P with no tutored moves and then teach them platinum tutor moves am i missing out on any tutor moves?

do emerald and plat. have the same tutors?

Hey guys, very silly question here. Pokemon don't get EVs if they level up in the daycare center, do they? (I'm 99% sure, but just want to be certain).

Hey, if you leave 2 pokemon in the daycare centre, and they produce an egg, then can they produce another egg if you keep them there for longer?

So, to save time, You can get 5 eggs and hatch them all at the same time?

Thanks.
