@Leftovers

Bold nature, Water Veil trait
252Def/96SpA/162SpD
~Water Spout
~Hydro Pump
~Blizzard
~Rest

Could this odd-lookiong set work? If Rest may seem as a set-up fodder, should I drop it for Selfdestruct or just use a Heal-Beller?
Also, would Wailord have more merits in Hail or Rain?

I am trying to figure out which Pokémon to cut from my team and replace with either Scizor or Tyranitar (need a good Latias Counter).

Metagross @ Choice Band
Meteor Mash
Earthquake
Bullet Punch
Explosion

He deals a huge amount of damage (though he is usually slower), even when it isn't very effective, and is able to withstand at least two thunderbolts and/or one Surf. He can hold his own against Earthquakes as well, so he is my main attacker. Always OHKOs types that are weak against his moves.

Gyarados @ Life Orb
Ice Fang
Dragon Dance
Earthquake
Waterfall

I counted on him to be the one to get rid of Latias, but Latias was much too fast, and easily killed him with a Thunderbolt. He does very well with his Waterfall, usually giving me a chance to attack twice in a row, depending on the Flinch. So he does has his advantages with Waterfall, as he has a good Attack.

Alakazam @ Life Orb
Psychic
Calm Mind
Signal Beam
Focus Blast

Whenever he isn't outsped by something, he is able to deal about 90% damage, or otherwise he is OHKO with Physical Attacks. I brought him in to get rid of annoying pesks such as Starmie and Gengar.

Charizard @ Choice Specs
Flamethrower
Focus Blast
Dragon Pulse
Air Slash

Main problem with him is Stealth Rock. His HP halves whenever he goes out and they are set up. This, plus the fact that he is outsped by the likes of Starmie and Latias. However, he has served as a "saviour" of sorts, as he is the last Pokémon I switch into for wall Pokemon. He was able to deal almost 55% damage to a Swampert yesterday, ultimately KOing him. So he has a very decent Special Attack.

I don't know which one to take out. There's only 4 Pokémon on my team right now, as you can tell, and am adding Gengar and Blissey as my final two. So... which one should I take out for Tyranitar or Scizor?

Hey guys, quick question about breeding. It's possible to get a flawless pokemon through chainbreeding, right?

And when someone undergoes a breeding project, they are usually referring to some massive chainbreed (probably involving many parents) to get flawless (or near-flawless) stats, right?

Both are correct. Although for the second one a flawless Pokemon is usually extremely hard to get unless you use RNG abuse.

What's my best bet to defeat a monopsychic team with a monoground team? We are allowed one pokémon that isn't of that type, mind.

When your pokemon has a hold item that can be used only once (eg. salac berry), and you use it in the battle tower or online battle, does it get used for good?
