Also, how can you open these in paint so that when you change the background colour to white half the Pokemon don't lose their outlines.

That's correct, though I still prefer Toxic Orb for Guts Pokémon. (6,12,18% damage the first three turns, a total of 36%, the same as Burn Orb, but doing less on the first two). Unless you are completely sure it will last for more than three turns, Toxic Orb is better.
