A question: If I receive an egg in a trade, and hatch it, who is the OT? The Breeder, or the hatcher?

The hatcher is the OT.

Legendarys can't be hatched, so no. Technically, Phione can, but it's really not worth it. Rotom doesn't count.

If you catch it, then not all natures can be flawless. If you hatch a Phione from an egg, it should be able to have any IV's with any nature. I'm not sure how the manaphy egg works but you probably can't get any IV's with any nature, even though it's an egg.

just wondering, why is manaphy not being re-tested? it was tested with garchomp, raising the usage of tyranitar, thus blocking out any attempts to put in the rain.

manaphy has been playtested four four months in environments where people have not focused their efforts around beating it, but beating other suspects...yet manaphy has still not risen to the challenge. if manaphy had actually been voted uber this round i might be inclined to think it was actually an offensive force (or defensive or support, whatever, though only one in six manaphy even used rain dance), but its uber percentage actually went DOWN from stage 3-1. you can argue all you want that this is because more people could use garchomp now and it was a better check or whatever, but i don't buy it

manaphy is going on the standard ladder "early" just like latias did. as always, we will closely monitor the new standard ladder to see if anything gets out of hand.

Hi, i have a lv 100 shaymin (modest - with pokerus), i use its sky form, i trained ev´s in sp.atk and speed, but yesterday i used a berry to low the states ( atk) and it works, so i think i trained incorrect ev´s :S ... but i only fight against gastly and zubat, so i dont understand. My shaymin to catch the pokerus fight in a double battle against a raichu and gyarados, but it didn´t kill this pokemon... thanks :)

Any Pokemon that fights gets EVs, even if they don't make the KO. So you got the attack EVs from that Gyarados.

It's only gonna be two EVs, and you have two 'spare' anyway (because 510, the maximum, is not divisible by 4). So it really doesn't matter.

Your post did not get ignored lordkira, just take a look at the server stats. And in my opinoin, TTar is a great partner for activating SS (and hence sand veil) and because it can take care of Latias, with pursuit. Magnezone is another great partner as it can trap Scizor, shed shell-less Skarmory and Bronzong, making it easier for Chomp to sweep teams.

@Misdreavus: just take a look at the new server stats, which should be made public in a few days.

The sets listed should work, but expect people to refine them to work better in OU. In Ubers it's mentioned Manaphy really needs rain (from Kyogre) to be effective, but in OU it may be viable without rain support.

Ingame Battle Tower double battle A.I.
There was this scenario where I was fighting the enemy's remaining Heracross with my Froslass with 1 HP and my Vaporeon left. I used Destiny Bond thinking the A.I. would put lower hp Pokémon higher in their attack priority than others. To my surprise that Heracross Megehorned my healthy Vaporeon instead!
How is enemy selection decided by the Battle Tower A.I.?
