I've suspected before now that the AI 'cheats' - ie it knew you were using Destiny Bond, and avoided attacking Froslass on the basis of that. I've no proof of this however.

Ingame Battle Tower double battle A.I.
There was this scenario where I was fighting the enemy's remaining Heracross with my Froslass with 1 HP and my Vaporeon left. I used Destiny Bond thinking the A.I. would put lower hp Pokémon higher in their attack priority than others. To my surprise that Heracross Megehorned my healthy Vaporeon instead!
How is enemy selection decided by the Battle Tower A.I.?

I'm pretty sure that enemy selection hasn't been figured out yet. Also, I'd recommend asking the question in the Battle Frontier thread.

And about the AI cheating, I believe that it was admitted that the AI cheats in emerald at least.

I was wondering, when two people switch Pokemon, how is the switch order determined. Because whenever there's a double switch or something, sometimes the Intimidate ability works, and sometimes it doesn't. Does anybody know?

On my new team (yet to be tested) I'm using Specs Vaporeon as an attacker, meant for dispatching bulky grounds, Infernape, Gliscor, and maybe Heatran, all of whom bother my primary sweeper Scizor.

(The newly-OU Manaphy might do the job better, but I want to be able to make my team on the real games, and I can't get Manaphy except by GTS, which will probably be hacked, or trade here, which I have nothing good to offer.)

110 base SpA is pretty darn high, so it can definitely be a tank. It can also be a good supporter, with Wish and Baton Pass.

I guess you might be able to use it as a trick room sweeper too. Omastar, Empoleon, and Gorebyss are all more specially powerful and slower though.

Switch order is determined by Speed, faster Pokemon switches out first

When is a roaming pokemon's nature determined? In specific when using Synchronise to make it have a particular nature. When they are first released (thinking of Mesprit in specific here, as you don't encounter it the first time you interact with it), when they are first encountered, or during the encounter in which they are finaly caught?

It's determined when you talk to Mesprit the first time and it runs away.

How do I sketch 4 moves on Smeargle and still keep it at lvl 1 ?
I know it's possible but I realy don't know how =/

Pursuit comes right before a switch if a switch is used (+6.5 priority, if you want to think of it that way). It doubles in power if they switch out. If they use Baton Pass and you are faster, the Pokemon using Baton Pass takes normal damage. If they use Baton Pass and you are slower, the Pokemon they pass to takes normal damage. If they use U-turn and you would normally go before them, the Pokemon using U-turn takes normal damage. If they use U-turn and you would normally go after them, the Pokemon using U-turn takes double damage, and then they select the Pokemon to bring out, which takes no damage, so essentially, if you use Pursuit and they use U-turn and you would normally go after them, Pursuit has 0.5 priority (so in Trick Room, you would have to be faster than them to get the boost, unless their Quick Claw activates or you are holding Full Incense / Lagging Tail or have the ability Stall).

Can someone help me make a Vileplume moveset?... I like the new addition of teeter dance and I feel that with stun spore, a competitive moveset could be made--Vileplume got Swagger before but Teeter Dance like Confuse Ray is a much less risky option...

So... Stun Spore, Teeter Dance, and...?

Stun Spore, Teeter Dance, Energy Ball/Grass Knot, and Moonlight or something like that may work as moves, but I don't know about EVs and stuff for a set like that.
