Okay, I need some advice for a future wifi team.

I plan on making a SS team, and I have several good SS pokemon (TyraniBoah, Cradily, etc.). However, I lack a Hippowdon. With T-tar, Jirachi, Lucario, Starmie, Swampert, Gengar, and Cradily as my options for the team, assuming standard sets (except for Boah), could this be a successful SS team?

Leading with Boah seems just too risky for me, so I was wondering if I should invest in Hippowdon and other good SS pokemon such as Gliscor and Garchomp. What are your thoughts?

How do you hack-check a Pokémon? I know to look out for illegal movesets, godly IVs, traits that shouldn't be there, as well as the area captured, etc.

But what do you do if a Pokémon LOOKS legit, but you aren't so sure?

Contact Dawnbringer or Raikou. They do hack-checks.

Okay thanks :)

Is there a thread that I can go to that I can ask for a Single pokemon. I'm looking for a Mild untouched Heatren.

Can special sweeping Lucario work with Life Orb as opposed to Choice Specs? I ask this because Blaziken can pull of a special set with Life Orb effectively, so I was wondering if Lucario with it's 5 higher base Sp. Atk and 10 higher base speed could do this. I also wonder if Lucario can pull off Agility on such a set similar to Starly's Agiliken set.

Yeah, he sure can. If Choice Specs can work, so can Life Orb.

The main reason Blaziken can perform the set a little better is FIRE. Steel is a horrendous attacking type, whereas Fire is arguably one of the best on the game.

I've always thought that Luke is too fragile to run a Life Orb set and it doesn't have enough speed. Maybe Blaziken works better because of its typing?

Offensive typing, yes. Lucario has a much more defensive typing, and has the same defences as Blaziken. Blaziken has 10 more HP though, but he also has much less resistances and more weaknesses.
