One generic code won't work. You have to use Pokesav to make a code that changes your Trainer's name, ID, and Gender to match the Pokemon's OT.
While synchronizing doesn't work, just a word of caution: all legendary dogs in FR/LG, and the same applies to ruby/sapphire roaming lati@s, all have crappy rock-bottom IVs except for HP and nature regardless of how many times you may try to soft-reset.
He was asking for synchronizing in Colosseum, and I believe it doesn't work there either.
where do you get the effort ribbons ?
The lady, found in Sunyshore's seal shop, will give you an Effort Ribbon if your pokemon has accumulated 510 EVs.

Stealth Rock's damage on a Pokemon that is not weak to it, nor does not resist it, is 12%.
When the Pokemon resists it: X1 - the damage is 6%.
When the Pokemon resists it: X2 - the damage is 3%.
When the Pokemon is weak to it: X2 - the damage is 25% (rounded up, in this case).
When the Pokemon is weak to it: X4 - the damage is 50%.
is there an AR code to CHECK (not change) your pokes IVs?
i swear i read somewhere that its possible unless the iv is 0 or something and i think it was at smogon but cant remember where or even find it
