Anyway, two more questions...

1) Recently traded my Jirachi to XD so I could take it to the move tutor, but noticed something odd. On the ribbons list, the Effort Ribbon is displayed with the same sprite used for the "super sketch" ribbon (It still displays the text "Ribbon obtained for being a hard worker"). This same ribbon displays normally for all other Pokemon. Is this supposed to happen? Only thing I remember doing to Jirachi was cloning it in Emerald.

2) If I have the MysticTicket (already received in items bag) and its Wonder Card in FRLG, then restart the game, will I be able to receive the item in-game again?

1. No clue dude... that's really weird.

2. I think so. It would probably determine your new ID so you'd be able to get a new one.
 
Quirky, Hardy, and Lax. What do they do?

Also I found a shiny Cresselia I got off the GTS. It was met at lvl 50, and has legit moves. Think its hacked? I traded for an Entei.

Ok. I have a Hardy shiny Cresselia I got off the GTS.

Its IVs are moderately bad, except for defense.

6/14/30/18/6/12

Actually, really bad.

On the other hand I don't care about IVs much and it does have HP fighting 64.


How likely is it this was hacked?

I don't exactly know how to get passed that, but try the resetting trick. Hold Start + Select before and as you are turning on your DS [AR inserted], then when the legality notice shows up, hold B + A [Still Holding Start + Select]. Then, if that works, the "insert game" screen, release. Your product is now back to when you bought it. If you added anything else on after you obtained it, then attach it to your computer and re-add it. Hope that works.

Very doubtful. If it was hacked, then the person doesn't care about IVs. and it was probably an encounter code, since Pokesav generally makes you use IVs, because if they didn't pay attention to IVs it would be: 0/0/0/0/0/0

It didn't work =/
God, I don't know what to do. Will I have to buy a new AR? Do you people know any other way to make it work? Does anybody have explanation for what happened?

It was on my desk when I picked and tried to use it, but it didn't work (it froze on the legality screen). When I tried again, it stopped working (now it frozes on the white screen before the legality one) with no reason.

Then I have no idea. I'm pretty sure dust won't break it, since mine has gone through the washing machine and works perfectly. You are probably going to have to buy another one.
 
It's just a 40-power move that doesn't go first against Baton Pass. Against a faster U-turn, it's 80 power and goes before U-turn. Against a slower U-turn, it's 40 power.

Yeah. that doesn't exist. You would have to use Pokesav to obtain a Poke at LV 1, or SR after you get get the egg, since you said, "Not effecting the IVs/Nature" SRing changes those.
 
What would make a good Sp.Wall other than Blissey?

What would Milotic the Bulky Water moveset of Milotic put it under(Tanks, Physical Wall, etc.)?
 
Healing wish move...
-Does the user always use the move before it gets attacked?
-does the pokemon that you want to switch in, get damaged by spikes(etc.) before it is healed? so potentially could it get spike killed before it gets healed?

Surf
Ice Beam
Recover
Hypnosis

Look at the top half and it looks like a special sweeper.
Look at the bottom half and it is a wall.
Its a mixed milotic, but it's also a Wall. (more than a sweeper)

1. Healish Wish moves normally according to the speed of the pokemon. If it is faster, it will Healing Wish first, and the healed pokemon will be attacked. If it is slower, then the Healing Wish pokemon will be attacked.
2. Yes, it has the potential of getting spike killed because spike comes first.
 
How do you trade for pokemon that aren't in your Dex on the global Wifi? I need several pokemon that I can't see in-game but no way to trade other than Wifi (no one I know is cool enough for pokemon).

Then you are a little bit out of luck. If you want one for Competitive, look for trades here in the WIFI section. If just for entries try Serebiiforums.com under the D/P Trade forum and search by Gen.
