sorry. I'm pretty new to pokemon and especially the forums so i don't understand the jargon. RNG stand for what?
What are good pokemon to set up trick room? I want to make a trick room team in UU, it looks like a fun gimmick.
What are good pokemon to set up trick room? I want to make a trick room team in UU, it looks like a fun gimmick. And second, what would be pokemon that can abuse and be powerful in trick room? I want to get Excavalier and Druddigon on the team, they're both slow but powerful.
hey guys i know this is a stupid question but how do i change my tier on PO i wanted to go signup for the shanai cup(i think tha´s how you spell it) but i could´nt because i was in the wifi tier then i tried changing it but i could´nt and the tourney alredy begun :S
At the top of the window it has tabs like File and Options, click on the one that says Tiers and it gives you a dropdown list of various tiers, just click on one from there and it will change your tier as long as your team is valid for that tier
Forgot to mention this, it HAS to be Calm.@Kepperino:
I personally prefer this Cofagrigus Set:
Cofagrigus @Leftovers
252 HP - 252 DEF - 4 Special Attack
Bold
-Calm Mind
-Will-o-Wisp
-Hex/Shadow Ball
-Haze/Psychic/Grass Knot
What item is your Cofagrigus set holding? It's probably Leftovers, but you didn't post that. That set has 356 Defense and 308 Special Defense - if you really want balanced defenses, go for 28 Defense and 228 Special Defense with the same nature. You could also go for specially defensive (252 Special Defense and the same nature). Also, what's the point of Rest on your set? Cofagrigus can't learn Sleep Talk because he's a 5th gen pokemon. I know you might want to cure the sleep status using a cleric though.
I guess...Could this be a gimmick?
Regigigas @ Choice Specs
Modest
252 HP/252 SpA/6 Def
Thunderbolt
Focus Blast
Hidden Power Ice
Earth Power
I guess...
But Regigigas' Special Attack is just as strong as the halved Attack it has the first five turns.
So... Attack is still the better option.
Listen...You see, I play on using him in the GBU, so he'll most likely be taken advantage of for set-up. So I chose Special Attack this time. Five turns is too much.
Listen...
It makes no difference.
Regigigas' Attack the first five turns: 80.
Regigigas' Attack all the other turns: 160!
Regigigas' Special Attack ALWAYS: 80.
So... Attack and Special Attack are equal.
But if you can last five turns, attack becomes far superior.
If you don't plan on lasting five turns, Special Attack could be fine, sure. At least it'll be unexpected.
Slow Start halves EVs and IVs as well, so no, they are not equal.So... Attack and Special Attack are equal.
Forgot to mention this, it HAS to be Calm.
Main target is Hazing, but Calm Mind combined with Haze could work too.
/Facepalmnope you can't Calculate with Base stats.
Regigigas 252 EVs +nature Atk is 230 the first five turns, then 460.
Regigigas 252 Evs +nature SpA is 284.
so its a lot stronger on the special side for the first five turns.
/Facepalm againHaze would also negate your own Calm Minds though.
Anyway, are 3rd gen tutors the only legal way to get Double Edge on a Hitmonlee?
