Did the maintenance hours for the PGL change? It's always been 3 AM - 8 AM EST, but I tried to access the site last night at about 2:15 AM EST, and it said the server was under maintenance (but gave the maintenance times as being the usual 3-8). I also recall being booted off of the Dream World some time in the 2s in the past (well before 3).

I was EVing a pokemon, but accidentaly gave it 255 EVs on one stat. I tried to wipe that off with a berry, but its stats barely decreased. So I suppose that on BW a single EV-reducing berry will always reduce a pokémon EVs by 10 points instead of getting it back at 100 as it would on DP. Can someone confirm that?
Pbbbbthhhh... I have understood that weather means everything. Only bad thing is... I am having a problem finding some good "Sun Setup" Pokemon. Can anyone give me some Pokemon that fit this description?
DW Ninetales has Drought, Whimsicott gets priority Sunny Day, Charizard can set up its' own sun and reak havoc.
in breeding dream world abilities, if you have a staryu (no gender) and breed it with another staryu will its ability be passed down?
Genderless Pokemon can only breed with Ditto, so there is currently no way to pass DW abilities through genderless Pokemon.
Chlorophyll sweepers fit the bill for backup sun. They can boost their speed, HP Fire and with sunny day in their moveset it's a bit safer to run SolarBeam.
Heatran works to with it's bulk. He even learns SolarBeam so he can get past Gastrodon/Rotom-W.
Is it possible to put sprites in my signature and if so, how? The only way I know how to do it is with the [ IMG ] thing but that doesn't work.

Why it can't learn both at once? Roselia learns Toxic Spikes by level (28), and Spikes is an egg move (from Cacturne). I've tested in PO, and it doesn't warn me to be illegal. Unless the guy who wrote this is just discouraging to go this path, it's safe to assume this section is wrong?
Spikes and T Spikes work for me as well.
I think they meant that you cannot use Leaf Storm with both or some combination of this.
Well, it isn't a problem for me, as when setting up both types of spikes, the recovery of Giga Drain works much better.

This isn't really a question I just didn't know where to put this but in the OU BW Sunny Day Guide ( http://www.smogon.com/bw/articles/ou_sun ) Sawsbuck's sprite is Zorua. (and if that was done on purpose then this is a question. Why is that his sprite?)
What is the best set for a Victini in OU? With or without the Sun?
Well as with many Pokemon, what set is best depends on your team, though in this case it depends less on what weather you're using and more on whether you're team benefits more from immediate speed or Trick room.
Trick Room is a deadly tool in Vicinti's hands thanks to V-Create's speed lowering side-effect. Vicinti has little trouble setting up trick room due to the huge number of switches V-Create forces. Suddenly, V-Create is BOOSTING Vicinti's speed instead of lowering it, and seeing as Vicinti resists most common priority (seriously, who uses Aqua Jet or Shadow Sneak?) the defense drops aren't nearly as crippling as you might expect.
The other option is Choice Scarf, which turns Vicinti into a potent revenge killer and scout. The scarf also makes up for one speed drop from V-Create once, giving you the option of staying in for one more attack. U-Turn is used in the second slot for scouting, and Fusion Bolt for coverage. In the final spot Final Gambit is the usual choice, allowing you to take out the biggest threat to your team almost guaranteed, at the cost of Vicinti's life.
These two are the ones I find the most threatening, though there are other options as well of course, such as Band or special attacking, but these two abuse the main reason to use Vicinti the best; that amazing V-Create.
