Eevee would be a killer playable pokemon, down B evolves you depending on what stage you're on, like on SSBM dreamland you'd get espeon, in the iceclimbers one you'd get glaceon, in the SSB dreamland you'd get leafeon, ect. If you used it in brinstar depths you would turn into flareon and instantly lose.
