Red card swapped out my friends Pokemon when he used Thunder.

Red Card doesn't care about contact or non-contact moves, just direct damage from another Pokemon. So, both Thunder and ThunderPunch will activate Red Card.

I don't know if this is intentional, but Medicham's egg moves are a bit screwy. I can have Drain Punch, Bullet Punch, and Psycho Cut on Medicham, although those moves all have different reqiurements.

Is it normal that I'm losing ranking for winning a match in Random Battle? I beat someone who turned out to have much less rating, and I got.. -3 ranking for the win. I guess this is in place to prevent abuse, but in that case why play Random at all.

The ladder has been a bit screwy for awhile... It will eventually be fixed so you won't lose points for winning and stuff. Don't get too attached to your ranking now, because it's my understanding that when it is fixed, all rankings will be reset.

On the site as of now, a pokemon that gains leftovers recovery first is not always faster. This has impacted at least 3 of my games, where I thought I was faster due to leftovers recovery happening first, but then he outsped me. I'm sure that it is this way on wifi battles, and I believe it is that way as well on PO. I would appreciate if this could be fixed, or at least acknowledged, as it is a very important part of competitive battling

Regenerator did not activate on my meinshao when I baton passed. I checked veekun and it should activcate under all circumstances of switching out.

Looks like Pokemon Showdown rounds down the BP of Eruption to zero. This agrees with most calculations in Pokemon in that the floor function is taken at every step but most attacks have a minimum of 1 BP. Wondering if this is the proper mechanics of the move or just a bug. Someone with the game want to test it out?

Looking around the internet, it seems that according to multiple sources Eruption is supposed to have a minimum of 1 BP. This would seem to make sense since all moves are supposed to deal at least one point of damage unless they fail or there is an immunity. I was going to suggest that what might have happened could also by that the damage calculator had rounded the damage down to zero, but then I saw you were using a level one Ratatata so you're explanation looks like the right one.

I believe that Heal Bell is supposed to heal confusion. It currently does not in PS. Aromatherapy also does not heal confusion.

Illusion still copies the last pokemon in the team even if that pokemon is KOed. Bulbapedia says this shouldn't be and I know you list that as unreliable, but I see no mention of it either way on Veekun or the research thread.

In the case I saw, Zoroark had already turned into the last poke before the poke was KOed, lost the illusion, then when Zoro came back in he copied the same poke again even though that poke had been KOed.

I had a bug recently where I KO'd 4 of my opponents pokemon, but my GUI said that he still had 3 alive -- in this case, he had a Zoroak (disguised as Gengar) that was killed by sandstorm damage without getting its illusion broken. My GUI said that it was Gengar that went down; later, the real one came out and was eventually KO'd, but my screen never updated itself to show both Zoroak and Gengar went down. I lost that battle, but I have to ask -- what would've happened if I KO'd all six of his pokemon and won?

Cloud Nine doesn't cancel the weather, it merely negates any effects the weather has while the Cloud Nine pokemon is in play.

There are only a few bugs we know of with Cloud Nine right now, with these abilities (and one move) only: Dry Skin, Ice Body, Rain Dish, Solar Power, Weather Ball.

Makes sense that it would. Veekun and Smogon report that it does. Bulbapedia does not list confusion as something it heals. Can someone with the actual cartridge just test it?

Veekun happens to be wrong about this, and to be fair Smogon doesn't mention confusion in the descriptions for Gen 5, although it does for all the others. Aromatherapy and Heal Bell have never cured confusion in any generation; there has probably been some mix up with Safeguard, which does prevent confusion in addition to major status.

Alt forms in Challenge Cup only knowing Struggle has already been reported multiple times. Though you are right, you shouldn't be able to get Castform Rain right off the bat without any weather, IIRC.

Sorry if this has been reported, but an imposter ditto i was just facing copied a different type hidden power than what i had been using. Veekun seems to imply that this should not be the case.

My Hetran had HP ice but Ditto hit for SE on my Reuniclus. I assume it got HP dark

Here is the log:
Ace Bomb sent out Ditto!
Pointed stones dug into the foe's Ditto!
The foe's Ditto transformed into Heatran!
Heatran is confused!
Heatran used Lava Plume!
The foe's Ditto's Flash Fire raised the power of its Fire-type moves!
The sandstorm rages.
Umbreon's wish came true!
Turn 29
YoungDoug called Heatran back!
YoungDoug sent out Reuniclus!
The foe's Ditto used Hidden Power!
A critical hit! It's super effective! Reuniclus lost 75% of its health!
The sandstorm rages.
Reuniclus restored HP using its Leftovers!
The foe's Ditto used Hidden Power!
It's super effective! Reuniclus lost 31% of its health!
Reuniclus fainted!
The sandstorm rages.

Transform doesn't copy IVs. If Ditto had 31 IVs in everything then it would have Hidden Power Dark instead of Ice.

My Ditto's Imposter didn't activate when it got sent in after my Cinccino killed a Musharna with U-Turn. I'm 95% sure that abilities like Imposter are supposed to activate at the first possible moment in situations like that. Picture for proof:

My opponent's Gabite was put to sleep by my Amoonguss on turn one of Outrage and proceeded to calm down and become confused, while still asleep, two turns later. This is not correct. Picture for proof:

Also, I don't have a log to demonstrate it, and it might have been fixed since this happened, but I remember a while back that a Gardevoir Traced my Ditto's Imposter and Transformed into Ditto. It was quite lulzy and I didn't think of it much at the time, but, according to Veekun, Trace isn't supposed to work on Imposter.
